House of 120 m2 with heated pool and large terrace in quiet area in the middle of the forest. Tastefully decorated and freshly renovated.
Located in the heart of the forest of Seignosse, 10 minutes from beaches, 5 minutes from golf and close to all shops (food, restaurants and shopping ...).
House consisting of a large living room, dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with double bed 180, a bathroom, a separate toilet. On the floor a mezzanine serving 3 rooms (one with bed in 160, the 2nd with bed in 140 and one with twin beds). House very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, TV sat, internet).
Exterior built around the pool (garden furniture, table 8 pers, deckchair, BBQ Weber, XL shade sail, solar outdoor shower).

The photographs on the Vrbo site are a fair reflection of the property. A lovely relaxing space ideally located for our needs. We didn’t have the best weather when we visited. It was great to have such a comfortable and spacious house to relax in when the weather wasn’t playing ball. All in all I’d have no hesitation recommending.

Excellent Villa

We enjoyed our stay in the villa, it is situated in a wood and the only sounds are the birds and the wind in the tall pine trees. The villa is well equipped and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The pool is an excellent size and being heated meant you did not need to wait for the weather to be hot to use it. Great location for exploring the miles of sandy beaches (10 minutes away), and for culture, Biarritz and Bayonne are only 30 mins away by car. Cycle tracks and paths are everywhere so you could leave your car at the villa and explore the woods and coast nearby. Severine was very helpful and made sure everything was in place and very responsive if we had any questions.

Das Ferienhaus sowie die Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Einkauf ist zu Fuß, Rad oder Auto möglich. Auch der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto, Fahrrad oder kleiner Wanderung zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Séverine war immer gut und schnell.

Wunderschönes ruhiges Haus am Waldrand

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 13 und 15) haben Anfang Juli 2 herrliche Wochen in diesem schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Es ist unglaublich ruhig, man hört nur die Grillen und vielleicht mal ein paar Nachbarskinder. Wunderbar zum Joggen im Wald, wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei; es gibt gut ausgezeichnete Radwege zum Strand oder ins Städtchen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet; es hat alles was man braucht, die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Haus mit tollem Pool (nicht einsehbar) mit Blick in die hohen Bäume. Lage in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend mitten im Pinienwald (toll zum Joggen und/oder Hundespaziergang). In ca. 15 min ist man am Strand. Aufmerksame, unkomplizierte und warmherzige Gastgeberin!

Maison parfaitement située avec sentier de randonnée dans la forêt landaise, Intermarché et toutes les commodités, les plages de Seignosse et hossegor. La maison est très fonctionnelle, joliment décorée, la piscine est agréable. Les hôtes sont charmants.

Top vakantie!

Na een lange reisdag werden wij heel hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren. De villa was perfect. Heel erg schoon het rook er lekker en met lekkere bedden en moderne inrichting. De foto’s zijn precies zoals het er werkelijk is. Super inrichting buiten en een fijn zwembad. In de wijk is het heel rustig en je kunt overal lekker het bos in( met of zonder hond). De bakkers en supermarkt zijn op 5 minuutjes met de auto en de meren en stranden kun je met de auto binnen 20 minuten bereiken. Overal kun je lekker eten, golf en windsurfen (leren) en het is hondvriendelijk. Het is zeer de moeite waard om deze villa als uitvalsbasis voor een fijne vakantie te hebben.
