Every day you will appreciate different sunsets on the lake, and beautiful sunrises between the mountains.

It is a condominium with 24 hour security, where you live quietly, relaxed in contact with the wonders of Nature.

Recently remodeled in the outdoor area. Including a large barbecue area with bar and benches, a second large terrace, a pool with integrated jacuzzi and a steam room.

Ideal to spend relaxing days. With all the amenities nearby. Restaurants and SPA within the same area.
Only 15 min. from the town of Ajijic. Pharmacy, grocery stores and supermarket, clinic and hospital; everything very close.
4 (four) spacious bedrooms and 3 (three) full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, appliances, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and toaster oven. Crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots.
Living room, dining room, and TV area.
TV and WIFI.

a small garden enough for sunbathing or reading with a sunbath in the comfortable chairs there.

Pool with jacuzzi, steam room, barbecue area, and all kind of appliances as you need to be confortable during your vacances.


If you play tennis, there are possibilities to enter the club with the prior authorization of my membership.

Beautiful views

Love the house and the beautiful views of the lake and the sunsets. The masseuse that the host offers is GREAT and very much worth the small asking price. Loved the house.

Let me start off by saying the house is beautiful and spacious w/ a gorgeous view to lake Chapala, the hosts was attentive to all my texts however, from the minute we got there the house did not feel clean (very, very dusty, kitchen dirty and dusty, glassware dusty, drawers and cabinets dusty, hair and dust in the utensil holders, refrigerator dirty) this was my first complaint , the cleaning lady went a couple days later but again did not address my complaints ( only swept, mopped and washed. did not dust at all , patio doors and glass stairwell dirty and smudgy and hairs all over bathroom floors and showers ( I had to clean these the first night we got there) … the 2nd-6th day water pump would go out not giving us access to shower or use the bathrooms( had to shower/use bathroom at the subdivisions club and friends house…one bathroom would leak out dirty toilet water every time we flushed and had to be cleaned up every time so we opted not to use it, leaving us with just to toilets,,, we had scheduled tours early in the morning that had to be canceled because we couldn’t shower and didn’t make it out on time due to these basic necessities, losing our deposits on these as well… all this could of been avoided if more attention to detail was made and maintained well in advance

Great vacation and vacation house!

Home well equipped and well appointed. Great location with incredible view. The Owner/Managers were responsive and very cordial, nice people. Enjoyed all our time in Cosala/Ajijic and love the area.

Awesome views both day and night!

We stayed at this beautiful, spotless property January-February 2020. The property is located high on the side of a mountain with a security check in gate and security cars that troll the area both day and night. We felt very secure and safe here. When we arrived our owner was there and showed us around . The entrance to the property is gated so you have complete privacy and security. The master bedroom has the most beautiful boveda ceiling, a well equipped master en suite and door wall leading to the balcony. The main floor is on the top level with a well stocked kitchen, open floor plan, a Smart TV and a complete sliding glass door wall that leads to the balcony that overlooks Lake Chapala and mountains. There were lounge chairs and tables to seat about 12 people. We spent a lot of time sitting there and looking out at the lake and mountains, both day and night. The entry level floor accommodations are very tastefully decorated and leads out to a second balcony that overlooks a complete BBQ area, pool area and steam room. The owners were very helpful and readily available to answer any questions. We are very particular about where and what we rent from VRBO/Homeway and would highly recommend this property. I'm sure that you'll be just as pleased as we were.
