Located on the 20th Floor of the EAST TOWER, this one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condo boast upgraded furnishings, has breathtaking panoramic views of the gulf, all the conveniences of home and all the luxury of vacation! You will feel happy and relaxed in this condo. Lots of updates in 2024! Comfortable and functional, this unit is appealing to all ages.

Calypso Resort & Towers Unit 1-2005 is very lovely and tastefully decorated. This unit features a large master bedroom with a high-quality king mattress set (NEW in 2019) and sliding doors to the balcony (Balcony Furniture NEW in 2019). The HUGE en-suite private bathroom features an over-sized garden tub, walk in shower, large walk-in closet, commode closet and double vanity. There is plenty of room for your clothing and luggage in the walk-in closet.

The Living Room now includes a 58" Class 4K Ultra HD Smart Flat Screen TV (NEW in 2019) and a queen size sleeper sofa (NEW in 2018). The condo throughout has high quality LVP Flooring (NEW in 2024). You also have sliding glass doors from your living room to the spacious 25 foot in length balcony overlooking the sugar white sands, with shared access from your Master Bedroom as well. Enjoy the view from the balcony or just walk right out of the building onto the beautiful white sand beaches.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, or just a snack, OR enjoy one of the many great local restaurants within walking distance of your condo! Take advantage of the two gulf side swimming pools (1 Seasonally heated), outdoor Tiki Bar and the on-site Fitness Center! There are lots of things to do nearby for adults and kids, or just enjoy peaceful seaside living.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 25 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.

NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER unless mandatory evacuation given by the NOAA. Then refunds are from the evacuation date through your remainder reserved dates.

Parking..........Calypso Resort has a bar code system for entering and exiting the North Parking Garage, which is located just across from your condo. Clearance in some places inside is as low as 6'7". We will send you a separate email directly from Calypso Resort, so that you can pay for your Parking Registration Pass. A flat $60 charge, which includes tax and credit card processing will be assessed. The Parking Registration is in addition to and separate from your VRBO reservation payment.
IN ADDITION TO ALL VEHICLES, EACH MOTORCYCLE IS REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED SEPARATELY AND MUST PRESENT A VALID PASS TO ENTER AND EXIT THE PARKING GARAGE IN SINGLE FILE ORDER. Signs will be posted on property directing over-sized vehicles to park on the ground floor or outside the garage. Trailers park on the north side of the garage and motorcycles on the 2nd Floor. Over-sized vehicles and trailer parking is limited and is on a first come-first serve basis. Additional parking for over-sized vehicles and trailers will be provided at THE CROSSROADS located directly across from Sharky's Restaurant on Front Beach Road (approximately 1 mile east of Calypso. The cost to park is $1 per foot/per day. (Subject to change).

No Daily Maid Service..........The housekeeper will clean the unit after your departure. An initial set-up of toilet paper and paper towel will be provided. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

ONCE YOU RESERVE, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO GAIN ACCESS TO YOUR RENTAL CODES AND GUEST INFORMATION..........Homeaway/VRBO will send you an invitation/email to download their app within the same day you make a reservation with us. In order to have access to your door code, any property codes, check out procedures, wifi login and much more information about your rental, download to view this information. We HIGHLY suggest taking care of this PRIOR to your arrival date so that you know you have easy access to this information when you need it. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO VIEW YOUR INFORMATION anytime within 3 days prior of your arrival date and through the dates of your stay. Please, Do NOT wait till you are at the front door of your condo to figure out where your rental information is at.
