We loved staying here! The view is absolutely breathtaking and we highly recommend enjoying the view of the stars at night. The air conditioning kept our room very cool, and the fans were great for when we were in the main area. I slept so well - the bed was so comfy and the curtains kept our room very dark. The rainfall shower in the main bedroom was amazing too. It was so nice being able to wash our clothes while we were there. A lot of the reviews mentioned critters so I was expecting some, but other than the lizards and some ants when we left crumbs on the counter (our fault lol) we had no issues. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely Propery in a gated community. The property itself is superb. The only issue is the gym is basically unusable as everything is rusted. But that isn’t a major issue. As snorkeling is better than the gym anyway.

Thank you so much for your kind review. We’re so happy to hear that you loved the property and its beautiful setting within the gated community. It’s great to know you had such a wonderful time snorkeling definitely a much more enjoyable workout in Tahiti. We really appreciate your feedback about the gym and will pass it along to ensure improvements are made. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime for another lovely stay !

Trip of a lifetime

AWESOME! absolutely gorgeous community. the views of the property and from the property are beyond compare. I cant think of anything that could of made this a more perfect stay. We also stayed in over the water bungalows at a different location and while they have their own charm we preferred this location. It is fanatically fantastic! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place and service that will be etched in our minds forever. na na

The view!

we all loved staying here, the view was exceptional. Loved the cool tub, it really helped the heat. The only disappointment was the AC in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work. Most gratefull that there wAs a fan available! The host had an electrician out the next day but it was a major fix so we trust that it will be taken care of for the next guests. Probably wouldn’t matter in winter but whew, summer is hot!

I have a property at the Legends so I am very familiar with the villas. This property needs some love and care. I try not to leave bad reviews because I know how hard it is to upkeep properties in Moorea. You first impression of the Villa is a gate held together by tape, I overlooked that. The jacuzzi was not clean, again I overlooked because I don't really use the jacuzzi and was expecting the pool service to come at any day which he never did. The villa is dark because they have extended a trellis on top of the stone wall and it makes the rooms very dark. Again, i thought no big deal I don't spend a lot of time at the villa. What finally put me over the edge was I could not get the washing machine door open. Which was also rusted to begin with. They are charging top dollar for not a top dollar villa. When I asked for some sort of compensation for my inconvience they refused. Not good practice in my opinion.

Dear Sissi, Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our team is always available during guests’ stays to assist with any issues, and we regret that we were not contacted at the time regarding the jacuzzi, washing machine, or any other concerns. Had we been informed, we would have arranged for our maintenance team to intervene promptly. Regarding your comments about the villa’s brightness and overall feel, these are inherent characteristics of the property and are accurately reflected in the listing photos and description. We also believe that any concerns are best addressed during the stay, as this allows us to respond immediately and improve the guest experience in real time. That said, we truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve continuously. As a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to welcome you again in the future at a preferential rate and offer you an enhanced experience. Warm regards, Jade

WONDERFUL VILLA WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

The location of this villa and neighborhood are fantastic. The architecture is beautiful and it’s very comfortable and homey. The view is magnificent! It was not really hot during our 4 night stay the end of October, but we agree with some other reviews that a ceiling fan in the front bedroom would be really nice. There was supposed to be a floor fan in the unit but Alizee, our concierge who checked us in, was unable to find it. Luckily we didn’t need it. The only other small suggestion would be a little brighter lighting in the back bedrooms. Otherwise the unit was great! And a bonus were the lizards - being from Florida we felt right at home.

Fabulous view

As we were staying in FP for a month mostly by the water, we decided to start our vacation up in the mountain. It definitely was the right place. Absolutely was impressed with the location. Up in the mountain but close to the main road. Loved the Villa. The view was killer. It was wonderful to open up the window over the kitchen sink and feel the breeze on your face. Loved watching and hearing the birds. Also seeing all the activity coming and going on the water. Huge French doors in the living room. Though no place is perfect we had no major issues either. Pretty much the only negative thing is that for some reason the tv was hard to get on and off and just working properly in general. It was fine. Didn’t need to watch it anyways. Would definitely go stay there again and definitely recommend.

Beautiful, fully stocked, but lots of bugs

The place is beautiful. The view is amazing. Fully stocked kitchen with towels and sheets. Needs some small repairs, all the locks are very tricky Just know that this is a bungalow in the mountain side. The thatch roof does not attach to the walls. Therefore bugs, birds and lizards are free to come and go at they please. If you are okay with that...It's a great place to stay. Mosquito nets in the bedrooms would have been a great addition. Really the only thing we were unhappy with was the lack of cleaning supplies. We stayed for 10 days and would have mopped the floor, especially with all the bird poop we woke up to every morning, also the showers and jacuzzi became slimy. Would suggest to owner to schedule weekly jacuzzi maintenance for longer rentals. Overall though, a beautiful place.

Almost Perfect!

My wife, two adult sons and I had a fantastic visit to Moorea. All in all, a very good stay at the property. The view of the lagoon is absolutely stunning! The location worked very well for us, and the staff was very nice and helpful when needed. A few small improvements would go a long way. The lock on the main gate was very temperamental and proved to be a hassle. In addition, we were only provided one set of keys which isn't great for four adults. We were also short on towels upon our arrival (that was remedied within 48 hours) but apart from that, a very comfortable, well-equipped property with absolutely stunning views from the deck. Be mindful that only the master bedroom and one other bedroom have AC, but apart from that, no AC. One fan was provided for the third bedroom, but an additional standing, oscillating fan for the main living area should also be provided. An additional fan would have made the stay much more enjoyable. As for the pool, well the pool itself was perfectly fine. Clean, lovely water temperature. It is a several minute walk from the property, but understandable given the limitations of the landscape. But what was baffling to us was that there was a lovely pool, with large decking, but no tables/umbrellas, and just one less than desirable chair. Really quite bizarre. Once again, an easy "fix". Putting a towel on a hard deck without any shade from the sun is not my idea of relaxing by the pool. Poolside furniture is a MUST! Apart from that we left with very fond memories!
