Holiday house in the heart of Provence

Quiet, in the heart of the village of Maillane, in a dead end, the Bastian 2 cottage is completely independent with private garden and swimming pool.
The House, on one level, air-conditioned, has a large living room of 45 m² opening onto the private terrace. Equipped kitchen open to the living room with mini microwave combined oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher. Living room with two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV (bouquet of Free channels), stereo. Dining area.
3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x190cm) and an additional single bed.
Bathroom. Separate WC.
At your disposal for an ideal summer stay:: 1 barbecue - 4 games of bowls (pétanque) - 1 plancha
Private closed and automated garage with laundry area (washing machine, sink). It is possible to park a car there, locations also on the fully enclosed and secure site with gate.
Private terrace of 18 m² shaded by a trellis with garden furniture and barbecue. Garden of approximately 800 m² with private swimming pool 8x4m deep from 0.9m to 1.5m gently sloping, salt-treated, secured by alarm and accessible from early June to late September, sunbathing, parasols, outdoor solar shower for you allow you to rinse off after the bath.

NEW 2020: 4 electrically assisted bikes are available for your hikes and rides with a range of 50 km

 Wireless. Heating, sheets and towels included. Optional end-of-stay cleaning package (80 €) but compulsory for stays of 3 nights. Tourist tax not included.

Nathalie nous a réservé un merveilleux accueil. Des petites attentions qui font que l'on se sent bien immédiatement (fraises et rosé au frais pour notre arrivée). Maison bien équipée.
