Semi-detached house with swimming pool in Anglet, near the Golf de Biarritz

Our terraced house is located a few meters from the Golf de Biarritz. Ideal for families. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with nearby shops within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, convenience store), as is the promenade overlooking the ocean and its panoramic view of the sunset. The VVF beach is a 15-minute walk away. Private parking spaces.
We are a family with 2 children (10 and 6 years old) and live in the accommodation and the adjoining garden. Ongi etorri!

Description:
- Terraced townhouse of approximately 80 m2: 5 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 WCs
- a kitchen, dining room and a living room opening onto the garden.
- a bedroom (1 double bed) overlooking the patio
- a bathroom and a WC
- a second bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed), overlooking the garden
+ its bathroom, shower and WC.
Linens provided. Towels not provided.
Possibility to eat outside with terrace (south exposure), barbecue, garden (trampoline and small children's hut) and patio.

Location:
Located between the Saint-Charles district in Biarritz and the Place des 5 Cantons in Anglet.
The Biarritz Lighthouse is a few minutes walk ...
We are also a few minutes from the esplanade of the Promenade des sources and its viewpoint over the English beaches.

RULES AND CONDITIONS
No animals
Non-smoking. No party or evening.
No noise in the evening, because quiet and residential area.
We expect our travelers to respect the place and leave it clean as on their arrival.
Minimum reservation 5 nights. Cleaning fees: 60 euros
Rental available from July to August.

Confortable maison dans un quartier très tranquille

En face du golf et à moins de 2 km de la plage. Quartier calme et intimiste. Maison bien équipée parfaite pour une petite famille. Piscine et terrasse très agréables. La propriétaire est très disponible et réactive, sympathique. Une penderie pour vêtements serait la bienvenue et notez la présence régulière sur la terrasse
