Really enjoyable stay

Perfect little apartment in Municipio XII, indications are clear, 30-40 min from center of Rome. Great pizzeria/café just below the residence, will recommend this apartment

Great for long stay.

Super location and all the essentials nearby. I stayed a month and felt at home (single male). Nice terrace that catches a great breeze. Ate breakfast everyday there and watched the sun rise, and some supper too for sunset. 👍👍

Great host, and cute little apartment close to public transit!

Flavia was a wonderful host, and her place was great for our stay in Rome for a couple nights. It was close to public transportation, but far enough from all the craziness of the city! There was an amazing little pizza place right below it that we absolutely loved. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Flavia even left us some snacks and coffee/milk -- so thoughtful!

This apartment was incredible. It was clean, extremely organized and seems like the host thought about every single need we might have. We brought our own, but I have to mention that it was even a universal travel converter in the bathroom vanity, just in case. That shows the incredible attention to details. The host answered all my questions through the Verbo message system in minutes every time. The building itself is a little bit old, but is clean and in good shape. A bus stop just five minutes from the building entrance and the surroundings are quiet and feel safe. Just the parking was a little bit tricky, because the street is narrow and pretty crowded when you arrive a little bit late, after everybody is back from work (just guessing). All in all, the property was really good, the only thing that was better, was Rome itself, the Vatican, the museums, the churches, Castel Gandolfo, Amalfi. We definitely want to come back for more...

Very nice flat, very kind person, all confort you need

We stayed 5 nights in Flavia's flat and it was a very good choice. The flat is very nice, with comfy bed and sofa-bed, all you need to cook and a big terrace with a very nice view. When we arrived Flavia had let some wine and candy's for us, as well as some basic stuff in the fridge and in the storage box to have breakfast on the morning or a quick lunch. She was available for any question we had, and a letter in the house explained you which bus to take to reach the city center. The only minus is that it's quite long to reach the city by bus. The whole journey door to door usually take more or less one hour depending where you go because you have to change bus and wait for the bus again. To the Vatican it's only 30mn. But the flat worth the pain, we had 4 days in Rome and we didn't feel like we wasted our time in transportation so I highly recommend this flat !

Wohnung ist ok, groß, Bad etwas eng, Duschvorhang ist sicherlich unschön, sehr hellhörig. Sowohl vom Treppenhaus wurde jeder Schritt gehört, als auch die Straße war sehr präsent. Den Vermieter haben wir nicht gesehen und mussten den Schlüssel aus einem Nachbarhaus abholen und wieder bringen. Ansonsten war aber die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Wir durften auch schon früher in die Wohnung, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Bei dem Preis für die Endreinigung hätte ich aber erwartet, dass nicht wir den Müll selbst zu den Müllcontainern bringen müssen. Die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum ist schon nicht unerheblich, da die Kosten für Taxi 25-40 sind, Bus mit mehreren Linien gefahren werden muss oder zu Fuß 8km betragen.

Votre appartement était parfait, les petites attentions supplémentaires, tous les détails avant notre arrivée, comme les provisions alimentaires, ont rendu notre séjour vraiment exceptionnel. Nous avons apprécié chaque détail. Nous avons particulièrement touché par la climatisation, surtout vu la météo, à notre arrivée une attention très appréciée qui a grandement contribué à notre confort. Typischer italienischer Baustil {etwas hellhörig}. Sauberes und sicheres Umfeld. Sehr gute Nahverkehrsanbindung. Wohnung und Ausstattung grundsätzlich wie beschrieben, allerdings mit einigen Gebrauchsspuren. Überdurchschnittlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Für die Erkundung Roms gut zu empfehlen.

The appartment contains everything you'd need during your week long stay in Rome. Public transport is easy to arrange and it doesn't take that long to reach the city center. It's quite warm in the appartement as it's on the top floor, although you'll manage with the fan that's in the room.

Séjour très agréable, une Propriétaire très sympathique

Nous étions 4, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Rome. L'appartement est excentré du centre (30 minutes du Vatican en bus et 20 minutes en voiture) mais cela nous allait très bien car nous étions au calme le soir. Flavia est très arrangeante et sympathique, elle nous a fournit un tas d'informations très pratique avant notre arrivée à Rome, c'est très appréciable. De plus l'appartement est propre et entièrement équipé, il manque peut être d'un micro ondes ... Il se situe non loin du supermarché et juste à côté de l'arrêt de bus et du bar pour acheter les tickets de bus. Je recommande cet appartement à 100% !

Perfekt für zwei Personen. Sehr sauber. Einfach aber alles da was man braucht. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Schöne Wohnung, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin

Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes mit der Gastgeberin Flavia war sehr gut, E-mails wurden zeitnah beantwortet. Bei Ankunft war eine Begrüßungsflasche Wein, sowie ein Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Dingen für das erste Frühstück vorhanden, ein Smartphone für die Kommunikation lag auch bereit - das war schon eine nette Überraschung. Das Taxi für die Rückfahrt zum Flughafen organisierte sie auch perfekt. Wohnung war schön, sauber - völlig ausreichend als Startpunkt für einen individuellen Rom Trip. Die Pizzeria und die Bar (eigentlich ein Cafe´) gleich um die Ecke waren super, sehr nette Leute. Das Angebot im Cafe´war für uns vollkommen ausreichend, um mit einem guten Frühstück in den Tag zu starten. Wir nutzten den Bus, um nach ca. einer halben Stunde ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Haltestelle praktischerweise gleich vor der Tür. Fazit: Jederzeit gerne wieder...

Breve soggiorno in ottima soluzione

Siamo stati a Roma per due giorni e abbiamo scelto l'appartamento di Flavia che dalla presentazione ci sembrava una delle miglior soluzioni sia per posizione geografica che per struttura in sè; e così è stato. La sig.ra Flavia è persona molto attenta e cortese che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili, oltre a tutta la disponibilità immediata a rispondere ai nostri dubbi pre-partenza, per un comodo soggiorno. L'appartamento si trova ad una ventina di minuti di autobus (fermata proprio sotto casa) dal centro, ed è in una zona molto tranquilla; luminoso, pulito e dotato di tutte le principali necessità, è un'ottima soluzione per il rapporto qualità-prezzo che viene offerto. In quattro, con due bimbi piccoli, possiamo solo esprimere un parere molto positivo in merito a questa soluzione. Complimenti e un grazie a Flavia. Emanuele
