Stone terraced house restored in 2015 and converted on 2 levels, in a shaded, flowery and closed overlooking the river Lot (fishing spot).
Located 200 m from the village and 6 km from the sailing of Caïx (canoes ...), the vineyards, 30 minutes from Cahors and Chateau de Bonaguil.
6 marked hiking trails from the lodging.
Ground floor: kitchen with windows overlooking the stone patio and built barbecue, living room with lounge and fireplace, separate toilet.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 - 1 room with 2 beds in alcove 90-2 independent bathrooms with shower - separate toilet.
Equipment small children: baby bath, high chair, cot.
Ping pong.
Open all year round, heated in winter.
Weekly rates from 300 € to 600 € - Rates € 90 weekend. (Heating will be extra.)
Rates may be modulated outside the summer period based on the number of people.

Excellent séjour à Albas

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Albas . Nos hôtes sont tés réactifs. Le gite est conforme aux descriptifs de l'annonce. Situé sur les bords du Lot ,le cadre est super sympa et le gite bien placé. Nous avions un chien qui s'est rapidement adapté à cet environnement. Endroit bien clos de murs. Plusieurs randonnées au départ direct du gite et une guinguette bien sympathique à 5 mn a pied sur le bord du Lot.

Belle location

Nous aimions beaucoup notre séjour de deux mois en Albas. Il y avait les épiceries a 10 minutes en voiture, et les grands magasins a Cahors en 30 minutes. Il y a un chemin a cote de le Lot ou nous nous promenons chaque jour avec nos chiens. Le jardin était très bon pour la sécurité de nos chiens. Nous adorons le terrace pour manger les repas! Il y avait l'espace pour stationner notre voiture. Alain et Jeane étaient tres rapid a nous répondre et aider avec quelque papiers comme le quittance de loyer. La Guinguette était un restaurant tres sympa et facile a promener la. Comme dans les plupart des villages a la compagne, les voitures conduisent tres vites, et la bruit est un peut lourd parfois. La commune d'Albas est tres charmante pour se promener.

Très bel endroit dans un superbe environnement

Le gîte est impeccable et il a beaucoup de cachet. L'accueil était très sympathique et les propriétaires ont répondu à toutes nos attentes. La situation est très bonne pour découvrir le Lot et ses nombreux trésors.

Séjour formidable. Nous avons passé une semaine au gîte avec nos 3 garçons, c’était parfait. La maison est splendide, bien équipée et bien située dans le village. Nous avons adoré la terrasse et le jardin avec vue sur le Lot et le bruit dépaysant de la cascade. À pied on trouve une charmante petite épicerie et une guinguette pleine de charme. Les enfants ont adoré la plage située sur l’autre rive. Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l’écoute.

Mi más sincero agradecimiento a Jeanne,. Ha sido una anfitriona excepcional. Atenta y accesible en todo momento cuando la hemos necesitado. La casa es una preciosidad. Muy acogedora y decorada sin excesos pero todo un carácter que me encantó. Perfectamente calefactada para los días de mucho frío . Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables junto a esa agradable chimenea. A pesar de que han sido seis días , me han sabido a poco. La zona es expectacular para una escapada de invierno.

Hyvin varustettu talo. Liikenteen äänet jonkin verran häiritseviä aamuisin. Hieno piha, jossa saattoi ruokailla hyvän grillin antimia. Mukava isäntäväki. Ympäristö aivan ihana. Joki, sen rannat ja kylä. Puutteena kylässä oli, ettei siellä ollut leipäkauppaa. Kulkuyhteydet niin autolla kuin jalan olivat erinomaiset. Tosi mukava paikka.

Fantastic Location & a wonderful house

The house was exactly as described, its in a lovely part of the Lot valley right next to the river. There is a beach on the river just opposite accessible via a nearby bridge. There are numerous small towns in the vicinity with lots to do and a market almost every day. The house is spacious and very well equipped and has a lovely outdoor seating area and private parking. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
