This beautiful cabin is surrounded by woods, peaceful and quiet, yet within walking distance to Villa Bellezza, Pepin Marina, Harborview, the Pickle Factory, 10 min to Stockholm, and a 15 min drive to The Hidden Meadows, just to name a few. Views of Lake Pepin in the upper loft, a large stone fireplace is located in the open area for relaxation and a great place for gatherings. Within driving distance of many great things to do all year round. A warm and inviting space for family and friends.

NYE getaway

We stayed at this house for New Years for the fourth year in a row. It was again clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Make sure to grab breakfast at the nearby Homemade Cafe while you are there!

Very clean and very cozy!

The property was very clean, and very cozy. Location to the Villa is unbelievable! Fantastically close. It was an absolutely perfect place for a winter weekend getaway to drink some wine and relax!

Pepin Home is Our Home Away From Home

We have stayed at this home for a few years and has become a new holiday tradition for us. There us ample space and the home is very clean and well-furnished. We look forward to coming back in 2025!

Small Town Fun with Friends

We had a wonderful time! Sue and Dennis were gracious hosts who provided us with a warm and cozy home and plenty of suggestions for things to do. Our only regret was not being able to stay a few days longer!

Great Find!

This property had everything to offer us for a weekend getaway for a family wedding. It was simply perfect, had enough space for us and extended family, and was within walking distance of anything we needed and the reception venue was right across the street! The view from the loft felt like you were in a cabin in the woods and the home itself gave off the same cozy vibes!

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting

Well supplied lovely home. We enjoyed the deck and easy walk to the lake. The squirrels kept us entertained during our morning coffee.

Great Location in Beautiful Pepino

My family and I stayed at this property for my grandson’s wedding. There were 6 of us. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The location was spot on…right across the highway from the Villa Bellezza Winery which was the lovely venue for a beautiful wedding. We all had our own beds and space - 3 couples and 1 single. This home is just so cozy and comfortable with just what we needed in the kitchen. And if you needed ice or anything else, it was just a short walk across the lane to the Family Dollar store. Truly the best location. Our host is well deserving of her “Super Host” rating. Sue was quickly responsive to all our questions. I must confess, this was my second stay at the “Unique Cabin in the Woods”. I stayed with 3 girlfriends a couple years ago and loved it. I highly recommend this VRBO property and this host. Great Host House

The stay at the cabin was perfect. Plenty of space to accommodate everyone in our group. Very peaceful neighborhood. Although there are neighbors all around, the cabin is hidden in the trees and you feel very secluded.

Sisters getaway

Wonderful place! The house was roomy and comfortable. My 5 sisters and I get together every summer for some fun and relaxation. The nearby town of Stockholm is a great place for some shopping and lunch/dinner.

A Pepin Must Stay

Beautiful home that can accommodate 8-10 people nicely. Great layout, very clean and a perk with garage parking. Walking distance to the water and the winery. Mature trees surround the home. Some noise with traffic but not bad. We enjoyed our stay!

Large get together with kids and grandkids. We rented this house for a family with three teens. Worked perfectly. Short walk to our home which was the center of activities. Really satisfied.

Weekend getaway with friends

This was the nicest property by far that we have stayed at in the past few years at Pepin! The house was spotless, beds were comfortable and there wasn’t anything that we found we were in need of. Wedding relax

Was in Pepin for a Wedding. Unique in the Woods Cabin was a great place to relax and rest. The cabin and the seclusion was was wonderful and peaceful would recommend to anyone heading to Pepin.
