Our South Coast location offers direct access to the quiet, pristine white sandy beach and to some of the best dining, shopping and nightlife in Barbados, including St. Lawrence Gap and the Oistins Festival. We are no more than 15 minutes away from the International Airport and the same from the main city and shopping centre Bridgetown. Our exact locale is on the Maxwell Coast Road, well secluded and tucked away from the busy main roads and traffic sounds.

Offering 2 en-suited master bedrooms with King beds and one bedroom with Queen bed. About Kathi MacKay

Barbados is such a wonderful place to live. The island has amazing restaurants which offer wonderful food experiences, the people are friendly and there is a lot to do for those who are interested. The beaches are beautiful, the sunsets incredible, it is perfect for spending time with your family and/or loved ones.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, I have lived in Barbados for over 17 years and am please to call it home.

My friends and I stayed at this villa for Crop Over and it was the perfect place to relax and have some fun. Besides the spectacular views, it was very safe, comfortable and conveniently located to nearby restaurants, Oistins and St. Lawrence Gap. I would recommend that you stay here.

WOW!

Fabulous condo with view, perfect beach access, and pool. Very SAFE with security on-site and looked doors. Location great although would recommend renting a car on the island in general. Great introduction to the property and was even better than the pictures and description. Will absolutely stay here again upon return to the island!!

Girls week in Barbados!!!

It was a fabulous week. We enjoyed everthing about the condo and the surrounding s. The balcony was our hangout place. Every night we ate out there and loved listening to the fabulous sound of the waves. It's just a great place all around.!!

Beautiful view and beautiful condo!

The pictures don't do it justice! The condo is beautiful and the view is just breathtaking! Kathi was fabulous and all of her recommendations were taken and thoroughly enjoyed (tell Eddie hello for us)! Security was super nice and helpful - our vacation wouldn't have been the same if it weren't for Livi (night-time security guard). He offered SO much information on the island and encouraged us to not get "stuck" on the side we were staying and we're so glad we went exploring. Wayne and Julian (referred taxi) were just as awesome! We loved the condo, but also loved everyone that showed us what Bajan life is like. Highly recommend this unit for those visiting the island. Only thing I would caution - the master bedroom has corner bed posts that will sneak out and get you (by the second day, you learn to walk wide around it)! Thank you - we had a GREAT TIME!!

fabulous vacation

Our family spent two weeks at this fantastic condo unit. The view from the balcony was simply breath taking. The condo was well equipped and very spacious for the 5 of us. Kathi was super at answering our questions and taking care of our needs. The grounds and building were exceptionally clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel next door had a restaurant and entertainment at night which was nice and close.The beach was beautiful and long enough for a short walk. The grocery store was about a 2.5 km walk. ,We are planning a return visit next year.

Stunning Beachfront Property!

Pleased that the pictures displayed on this site of the property are exactly as shown. Beautiful decor, great location right on the beach! Perfect area that is close to grocery stores, entertainment and dining but set away in a location that is quiet and peaceful. Had some minor maintenance/housekeeping issues that were mostly resolved. Owner/manager is responsive when contacted.

The villa was just as describe but so much better in person. The view of the ocean was to die for!

We arrived just before Tropical storm Matthew arrived. Our villa was stock with the basics which helped us during the storm as the island was shut down. We were a short walk from public transportation. Also we were right next door to sandals resort. You could literally walk there. A few of our friends were staying at Sandals and found it easy to walk across the beach to visit our villa. Next to the villa was also another resort that had a bar and restaurant which we ate at a few times. I loved the kitchen in the villa. I made a lot of good food on that stove. The owner was AMAZING! She made sure we were OK during the storm, made sure we got to the store to get all of our essentials. She is very caring and endaring. The maid came 2x while we were there and she did a fabulous job. The villa is very SAFE... Trust me its as secure as fort Knox! I really enjoyed the security feature of this villa. I would stay here again 100%
