Charming house with beautiful garden with trees

Charming house in one of the most typical hamlets of the island of Oléron. It is located in a dead end without any passage, therefore very quiet. Close to the beach (900 m).
The pretty, fully enclosed tree-lined garden (520 m2), not overlooked, will allow you to have a pleasant lunch in the shade, to relax in the sunbathing areas. If you have children, they can safely play around.
Tastefully decorated, and with every comfort.

1.5 km from the Port de la CotiniÚre and its shops, 4 km from Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron ("Capital" of the island).
Cycling paths nearby will allow you to criss-cross the island by bike.

We call on a Concierge service (Coup2mains Agency in Saint-Pierre d'Oléron) who will welcome you.
Optional rental of bed and bathroom linen. The Concierge can take care of cleaning if you leave (count a cleaning fee of € 100 for the house).

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten zwei Wochen lang eine unvergessliche Zeit. Es hat alles gestimmt. Die Lage des Hauses, die Ausstattung, der Garten und das Wetter. Mit den FahrrĂ€dern sind wir zu StrĂ€nden und in Orte gefahren. Das Auto haben wir fast nie benutzt. Vor der TĂŒr war ein kleiner Stellplatz an der Mauer. Die Bilder in der Anzeige mĂŒssten ĂŒberholt werden. Das Haus ist noch hĂŒbscher und gemĂŒtlicher als auf den Fotos. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder!

Zauberhaftes Haus auf der Insel

Dieses Haus ist wirklich außergewöhlich. Es wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab diverse Lebensmittel, die man nutzen durfte, wie Öl, Salz und Zucker außerdem konnte man die vorhanden KrĂ€uter benutzen. Im Badezimmer gab es sogar ein Set mit Pflaster und den wichtigsten Medikamenten. Unsere Teenager Kinder haben sich darĂŒber gefreut, dass man mit dem Fernseher Netflix sehen konnte. Im wunderschönen Garten konnten wir entspannt frĂŒhstĂŒcken. Der Garten ist wirklich sehr romatisch mit der kleinen Mauer aus Natursteinen. Man muss allerdings beachten, dass die beiden grĂ¶ĂŸeren Betten nur 140 cm breit sind. Aber dies steht auch in der Beschreibung des Inserates. Mit den RĂ€dern haben wir die ganze Insel erkundet. Man fĂ€hrt ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Rad nach Cotiniere. Cotiniere bietet alles was man braucht. Tolle BĂ€cker, Restaurants, Bars und kleine LĂ€den zum Stöbern. Die Kommunikation mit Fabienne lief sehr gut. Sie reagiert sehr schnell. Auch der Concierge, der ums am Haus erwartet hat, war sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses charmante Haus nur empfehlen!

Schönes Haus mit Traumgarten

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage mit dem großen schön angelegten Garten fanden wir super. Die mittlere Lage auf der Insel ist sehr gut, um mit dem Fahrrad Touren zu starten oder an verschiedene StrĂ€nde zu kommen. Die Orte La CotiniĂšre und Saint-Pierre sind ca. 3 bis 4km entfernt.

Agreable maison et joli jardin. MAIS : - plateau de douche bouchĂ© ( j’ai dĂ» dĂ©monter la bonde) et pas net. - lavabo s.de bains bouchĂ© dĂšs le troisiĂšme jour - freezer non dĂ©givrĂ© Quand j’ai fait part de ces problĂšmes Ă  la dame ( fort dĂ©sagrĂ©able) qui faisait l’état des lieux de dĂ©part ( executĂ© en 4 mns ), elle m’a dit “eh oui, c’est la fin de saison ! “(sic) Et elle a ajoutĂ©:”vous savez, j’ai encore 35 maisons Ă  voir “ Donc problĂšme important quant Ă  la minutie de l’état des lieux Ă  la sortie ce qui rĂ©percute sur la qualitĂ© du nettoyage.

GemĂŒtliches Haus auf dem Land in der NĂ€he vom Meer. Ruhige Umgebung. Ohne Auto nicht wirklich erreichbar. Im Ort selber gibt es keine GeschĂ€fte. Parksituation leider unklar. Der Strand ist etwa 700 Meter entfernt und eignet sich nicht zum Schwimmen, BadestrĂ€nde liegen etwas weiter entfernt, sind aber mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad gut erreichbar.

Une semaine en famille

Charmante maison dans un hameau paisible, le jardin trÚs grand est trÚs agréable. Facile de rayonner en vélo et la proximité d un maraicher est pratique. La maison est bien équipée, il manquait juste un petit peu de place de rangement dans la chambre principale. Les places de parking sont comptées mais en discutant avec les voisins on s arrange facilement.

La maison est trÚs agréable ainsi que le jardin. Une location fonctionnelle et assez spacieuse. Petit bémol pour le stationnement d'un véhicule. Nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté car ce n'était pas la pleine saison mais ce n'est pas toujours simple de trouver une place pour garer la voiture.

Tres jolie maison

Nous avions passé de tres bonnes vacances dans la maison de Fabienne, tres bien placee pour visiter l ile à velo,marcher jusqu'à la plage et se rendre au marche de st Pierre ,on s y sent bien des le seuil franchi.Fabienne est tres reactive et Corinne qui s occupe de la conciergerie, tres arrangeante. Bref,une bonne adresse ,à recommander.

Schönes Altbau-Maisonette-Reihenhaus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Netter Kontakt fĂŒr ein gemĂŒtliches Haus, einfache gut ausgestattete und praktische KĂŒchenzeile, schöner Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit gutem WLAN und hochwertigem BT-Lautsprecher. 2. WC im Multifunktionsraum. Oben drei Schlafzimmer mit schönem Blick und bequemen Betten. Hinter dem Haus kleiner Fußweg und dann direkt sehr großer Garten mit Sitzmöbeln. Parksituation etwas unklar, Auto jedoch sehr hilfreich, da BĂ€ckereien und auch schöne StrĂ€nde (unser Favorit: Plage de Chaucre nordwestlich gelegen) ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf der Insel d‘Oleron!

Ein schönes Haus mit traumhaften Garten

Wir empfehlen dieses Haus, das in einem schönen alten Ort liegt. Besonders toll ist der Garten mit den BĂ€umen, die auch bei Hitze Schatten spenden. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll individuell eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, lediglich bei der KĂŒche könnte eine Renovierung Verbesserung bringen. Wir konnten vom Haus aus mit unseren FahrrĂ€dern die Insel erkunden und haben das Auto fast gar nicht gebraucht, was in der Hauptsaison auch besser ist, weil es sehr viel Stau gibt. Die StrĂ€nde beim Haus sind bei Ebbe nicht nutzbar, aber mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell bei weiteren StrĂ€nden. Der Kontakt mit der EigentĂŒmerin war sehr gut und sehr hilfsbereit, auch die Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist sehr gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub und der schönen Insel und empfehlen Haus und Insel!

TrÚs agréable maison et bon emplacement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabienne. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et as tout le confort souhaité. Taille parfaite pour 4 peronnes. Nous avons apprécié le quartier calme. Toutefois, le parking peut devenir un problÚme en haute saison. Louez des vélos!

Séjour en famille à Oléron

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin arboré est un vrai plus pour vous reposer, jouer ou déjeuner en famille. Le lieu est trÚs calme et idéalement situé à proximité d'un maraßcher bio. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.
