Coco Bay House is a tropical beachfront home on tranquil Green Turtle Cay with all the amenities you need to make your vacation unforgettable. This spacious three-bedroom, three-bath home offers tranquil views of Coco Bay and stunning sunsets. Bring your boat and tie up at the public dock just down the beach. Sit, relax, and enjoy all this home has to offer on the screened in porch.

Coco Bay House will sleep 13 comfortably. An extra air mattress and sleeping bags are also available.

The master suite is unique! From the king sized bed and open shower concept to the views overlooking Coco Bay. There is also a private outdoor shower on the deck of the master suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin day bed with a twin trundle bed. This bedroom has a full bathroom en suite. The third bedroom has 2 full size beds and a triple twin custom bunk bed. This fun, sea creature themed room has a full bathroom en suite. The huge eat-in kitchen has a table that will seat 8, plus an island that will seat 6. More table seating is available outside in the screened in porch.
The house features redundant power with a backup automatic generator, in case of power outages and backup water source. Coco Bay House is a single-family home located on a 3/4-acre lot right on Coco Bay Beach. Very secluded with trees and tropical plants all around. Two kayaks, three paddle boards, sand toys, beach chairs and beach towels are available for your use.
In accordance with the Value-Added Tax Act of The Bahamas, a 10% VAT is added to this rental.

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving week on this beautiful magical island. The house was better than the pictures and description. The location was perfect and the white sand and gorgeous water right out the door was great for our 8 grandchildren. The toys, paddle boards, and kayaks were a nice bonus. Your housekeeper and her husband were very nice and helpful, Margret had a delicious meal for us on our arrival. And after a long day of traveling it was wonderful to just sit eat and enjoy the gorgeous sunset. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back!!

Beyond All Expectations

This home is absolutely stunning and is perfect for a vacation in Green Turtle. It’s a huge, exceptionally clean home with unbelievable views of Coco Bay. It has a private beach with turtles and sting rays cruising in the crystal clear water which can be easily seen from the home. It was very well equipped with every conceivable convenience, close to the public boat dock and a short golf cart ride to anywhere on the island. It would comfortably fit three couples or two regular sized families. We have rented several different homes here depending upon the number in our group and this home is extraordinary. It’s clear that the owners use it and have pride in their ownership.

Coco Bay house was amazing. We were greeted by the house keeper and shown around. We spent lots of time in the kayaks and paddle boards provided. Each evening we were able to watch the sharks swim in front of the house, and it was a short walk to the public dock to feed rays and sea turtles. We would definitely go back.

Perfect house in perfect location

This is our second time to stay at Coco Bay House. Once again everything was wonderful. Margaret and Ken take care of everything Groceries were delivered for us and all the amenities and necessities of island life are provided. The owners are most helpful with any questions Can’t ask for a better experience Thanks Jonathan and Tina!

Perfect setting

The view across Coco Bay is superb. We especially loved the little beach out front with plenty of floats, kayaks, and paddle boards to play on. The house is comfortable and well appointed. Master bedroom has sensational open concept shower with a view. Our whole family loved this rental.

Amazing views of the sea of Abaco. Convenient location for swimming, groceries, restaurants and the Green Turtle marina. Right on the beach, lots of fun in the sun!!

Didn't disappoint!

Great location with amazing views! Owners Jonathan and Tina were helpful and communicative. Margaret (caretaker) was so nice, always available if needed to help make our stay the best. She met us at the ferry when we arrived and helped with our luggage and showed us around the house. Coco Bay House was large, spacious, clean and a great place for family to relax, play and make memories!!

First trip to GTC

Fabulous home on the bay. enjoyed every minute of our stay. Weather was not on our side, but we were able to enjoy ourselves! Margaret was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and attentive. The turtles, stingrays and nurse sharks were so much fun. The Peters home was beautiful and exactly what we needed.

Didn’t disappoint

The location of the property with the beach outback gave us endless opportunities for fun. The turtles and stingrays were fun to feed. The public dock close to the house, gave us an opportunity to rent a boat and keep it near the home. The house itself met all our needs.

Fabulous place!

The location is perfect, right on the beach. Ken & Margaret are wonderful managers and owner Tina is so helpful. The house is spotless and in great condition- we love Coco Beach and have stayed on the island many times. The locals are just wonderful also!

Pictures Don’t Do It Justice!

Stayed at Coco Bay House with my wife, 5 year old and 2.5 year old. First impression of the Coco Bay House was WOW! We have stayed at several VRBO homes over the years, both in the Abacos and elsewhere. The home is much larger in person and the view/location is second to none. The property manager met us at the Green Turtle Club ferry stop. It was a very short golf cart ride to the home, about 2 mins and 5-10 min walk. Coco Bay is a beautiful calm bay with a public dock (where we kept our rental boat) and nearby are friendly turtles you can hand feed. Our daughters were playing in the sand, which is your backyard, by 7am each day and we would hang on the beach till sunset most nights. The view was unreal. During the day, we were out exploring New Plymouth (10-15 min cart ride), the other beaches on GTC, and with the rental boat we were able to go as far south as Great Guana Cay to visit Grabbers, Nippers, and Scotland Cay Lagoon. We went as far north as the top on Nunjack to pet stingrays and visit Fiddle Cay, where the cheeseburger in paradise party is each year. It was great to see how well everything has rebounded from Hurricane Dorian and the locals are extremely friendly. We are already planning our trip back. Would highly recommend this home and island to anyone!

Fantastic house

The beach setting is amazing, the location is sheltered (even during a week with terrible weather and 40+mph winds), and the house itself has everything you need. The master suite has an amazing view and the bed is so comfortable. Kitchen is great for family/friends to gather. Margaret (the property caretaker) is wonderful and Tina (the owner) was very communicative and helpful. Because our week was compromised by bad weather, we’re planning to go back!

Perfect getaway!

We so enjoyed our stay at this house. The place had everything and is really nicely decorated. We loved the backyard – the beach, and use of a paddle boards and kayaks. The rooms were comfortable for every person. The master bedroom is beautiful. This place is great for family or for groups.

We have been traveling to Green Turtle Cay for several years and have just fell in love with the people and culture. We are a hardworking couple with 4 kids and lots of pets who live in the Northeastern United States. We have lived on a boat for many trips but decided that owning a piece of GTC is our dream come true!

This house just took our breath away! We love the open floor plan, the high vaulted ceilings, the private beach and the view from the balconies. The first time we stood on the beach, we thought this was a place our family would love and hope future generations would appreciate. The master bedroom is truly a romantic's space! Wake up to the site of gorgeous blue water. Share a shower in the huge open shower. Open up the french doors and listen to the waves without the worry of bugs because of the micro screening.

We've loaded the house with everything we think we would want when we rent a home away from home. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the kayaks and beach chairs, to the pack n play for little ones, we hope we've got everything to make your vacation unforgettable! Our caretaker will meet you at your ferry and show you to the house. If you have any special requests for your stay, we will do all that we can to help.
We also have 2 kid size life jackets and a few adult size jackets for use with the kayaks and paddle boards. We're constantly adding things, at the suggestion of our guests, to make each stay perfect.
Flight coming in a bit late? Our caretakers can ensure groceries and beverages are stocked for your arrival.
Celebrating a special occasion? Order a cake or special sweet treat from our baker friends.
Want to spear fish or dive? We can introduce you to the best folks on the island!
Want to rent a boat? We can give you information.
Want to island hop? Tours are available.
