Très bon séjour en famille

Très bon emplacement, proche du centre mais au calme. Petite maison simple et agréable. Possibilité de garer sa voiture, tout est accessible en vélo. Nous reviendrons !

Emplacement Top. Vis à vis important mais non genant (ce sont des chambres) Maison très pratique (2 wc) mais 2 chambres sur 3 un peu chaudes à cause des velux

Maison au calme et proche de toutes les commodités

Très agréablement surprise par rapport à l'annonce : plus grande, maison bien agencée avec une SDD et une SDB, grande terrasse en bois avec un barbecue, un garage attenant avec un lave linge, sèche linge et une 2ème frigo. Grand plus, on peut garer la voiture devant la maison de façon sécurisée. Alexandre de Larrard gère la location avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse, cela change ! Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !

Emplacement idéal

Petite maison très bien placée et très facile à vivre. De superbes vacances grâce à ça !!! Malgré tout, elle manque de confort : lits de 140, absence de micro-onde, serviettes(payant)limitées, salle de bain vétuste avec problème d’odeur et vis à vis important. Ces quelques améliorations feraient de cette maison une agréable maison de vacances au Cap Ferret avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Séjour en mars

Maison lumineuse, bien équipée et très agréable à partager, meme hors saison. Elle est située à proximité des commerces, sans besoin d'un véhicule pour y accéder, ce qui est très appréciable.

Appart-maison très calme et central, au pied du phare, bien équipé, terrasse très confortable. Excellente communication, réactif et sympathique. Séjour parfait, nous reviendrons !
