The apartment is located in the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, a charming village characterized by its Vauban fortifications. You just need to walk 250 m to reach the port, its restaurants and shops. Housekeeping included. Delivery and return of keys exclusively in La Rochelle (Minimes district).
The accommodation is on the first floor, it consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen area with microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. A lounge area with sofa and television. A bedroom including a 140cm bed for two people and a 90cm bed for one person (dividing curtains between the two beds). The toilets are separated in the bathroom. Another bathroom is also available. Plenty of storage space within the accommodation.
