Stairs

There were 57 steps up to the apartment on the top floor and no lift. Great location,but hard work climbing up with luggage and food. The garage I paid for was a long way from the apartment so I didn't use it and left my car on the payant. This was not explained when booking. I also had to pay extra for towels, cleaning and bedding. Too expensive

J’en suis sincèrement désolée. Nous allons ajouter la traduction anglaise au plus vite pour éviter que ceci ne se reproduise. Je regrette que vous ne nous ayez pas signifié le problème du garage trop éloigné du logement, dès que vous l’avez constaté. Comme vous venez régulièrement à Saint Martin de Ré ou sur l’île, même si vous ne retenez pas notre logement, n’hésitez pas à me contacter. Nous sommes très soucieux du bien-être de nos hôtes et de la qualité de leur séjour. Un grand merci pour votre commentaire sur la qualité du logement. Appartement agréable et bien situé. Bon accueil.

Joli appartement très bien situé, lumineux avec très jolie vue sur le port et fenêtres permettant une isolation phonique parfaite. Très bon accueil. Seul bémol, la hauteur de plafond et une poutre traversante à 1,60 m dans la pièce principale qui nous a valut quelques bosses. A noter toutefois qu’elle était signalée dans l’annonce.
