Southern charm at its finest! Spacious and unique loft apartment located above one of Crowley’s quaint and historic buildings in our beautiful, Louisiana cajun country. Complete privacy in the heart of the city with a beautiful view of Parkerson Avenue. Located 1.5 miles from I-10 and 20 miles from Lafayette Louisiana. Great area for walking to enjoy the joie de vivre of our beautiful, historic city! Our location is a short walk or ride away from anything you could possibly want to see or do in Crowley!

Our property comes complete with two living spaces which include two full living areas, two full dining areas as well as a game room complete with a pool table and T.V. Whether you need a large, warm and welcoming space for family gatherings or a quiet get away, our loft is the place! We welcome wedding parties, corporate retreats as well as your friendly traveling adventurer.

Perfect location in the heart of Crowley! Two blocks from The Grand Opera House of the South, Le Grand Hall, The Crowley Museum, J.D. Miller music recording studio and The Ford Automotive Museum. There are many beautiful, historic homes, churches and shops to enjoy. Rice City kitchen is located right across the street and serves a variety of delicious specials!
Also within close walking distance to The Vanilla Bean coffee shop, Ruddocks bakery, Frosto (a 1950’s diner), Levy Park and The Historic Rice Theatre.

Weekend Wedding Retreat

In town for a family wedding. Five adult guests and one infant and plenty of room for everyone to have some space. Lots of fun for the whole family and close to the church, the reception venue and everything in downtown Crowley. Check in and check out were seamless! 10 out of 10.

Beautiful loft

This place had everything we needed and more! Very comfortable and plenty of room. The amenities are more than I expected. The game room was a hit! And the living room and dining/kitchen was very relaxing. Pictures don’t do the decor justice. It’s a beautiful place. We will definitely be back!

Mardi Gras Visit

Our family enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. We had extended family over one night for dinner and had plenty of room. Since the location was mostly commercial, it was a little loud, but not bad. There weren't as many dishes as some homes we've stayed in and some of the dishes that were there were not as clean as they could be.Overall, it was a good property for our stay. It met all of our needs.

A hidden treasure in the Rice Capitol

Our son was getting married and most of his groomsmen were from out of town or out of state. This apartment provided an outstanding place for them to all stay during the events of the wedding and was within walking distance to the church, (St. Michael's), reception venue (The Grand Opera House), and historical South Parkerson Avenue. The game room in the apartment was a big hit with the boys as they enjoyed pool and foosball, something no other VRBO in town offered. The apartment was clean, extremely spacious, modernly renovated and adorably decorated. It was so nice that we even took some of the wedding photos in the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in beautiful Crowley, Louisiana!

Visiting for Dads 84th Birthday

We were amazed at how spacious the loft was. There were 6 of us that enjoyed the pool table, foosball table, slot machines and more. The property owner is fast in responding to questions we had when we arrived and towards the end of our stay they checked up on us to make sure we were good with the bad weather. I would definitely recommend this property to a large family or girls weekend. The property is above a working dry cleaners so when the employees came into work or customers dropped off their laundry we could hear them. Not a deal breaker, this loft provides soo much more.

I rented this for the groomsmen to stay in for my sons July wedding they had nothing but good things to say it was plenty spacious clean and had a pool table and foosball everything they could have needed to make great memories with your guys before your wedding The hosts were readily available to answer any questions I had and The hosts were more than accommodating I cannot say enough good things about this property or the hosts
