A classic waterfront Cape Cod property overlooking Megansett Harbor and Buzzards Bay, our property has a large private sandy beach located just a few steps away right in front of the homes. The homes sit overlooking the beach on a beautiful bluff that provides stunning views of Clevelands Ledge lighthouse, magnificent sunset views, and cocktails at any hour. The large and small home on the property both provide ample bedrooms for family and friends. Both homes have full kitchens and bathrooms. The large home (Big House) has six bedrooms which sleeps 12, and the small home (Little House) has four bedrooms and sleeps 9 (but includes a day bed in the living room for a 10th person). Both or either home may be rented. The Little House rents for $800 a night, and the Big House rents for $850 a night. Both homes together rent for $1550 a night. There is plenty of privacy between the 2 homes, and each home has its own ocean view from the bluff with plenty of seating.

This is a beautiful site with lots of green lawn for games, trees to climb, and lovely seating areas along the bluff to gaze out at the water and setting sun. The big house is like stepping back in time. It had us in its spell with an old fashioned kitchen that had us washing, drying and putting away the dishes just as we did in the 50's. Everyone pitched in. The beach is about 30 steps down a sturdy staircase to a beautiful private beach with water one couldn't stay out of. The water ranged from glassy to slight waves created by wind that had us playing on the floating rafts and snorkeling for hermit crabs etc. The small house has incredible views and the waves put you to sleep at night. Lots of small stores near by to get organic veggies and fresh fish. We loved our week here.
Wonderful, vintage Cape Cod home with rustic charm and astounding ocean views from atop a bluff. The direct beach access and calm ocean waves were unbelievable with our small kids. The beach and property provide much to do on site, but there is also lots to do within a 20 minute drive of the house. Highly recommend!
