Beautiful beach front home. One of the nicest private beaches on Scraggy Neck. Rear porch and patio with beautiful views over Bassetts Island and Kingmans Yacht Center. Easy swim or kayak to Bassetts Island. Huge back yard slopes down to beach and picturesque salt water marsh. Sleeps eleven (master bedroom - king size bed, 2nd bedroom - king size bed, 3rd bedroom - two double beds, bunk room - two bunk beds and double bed). AC, new appliances. Freshly painted. Pet Friendly. Additional association beaches, tennis courts (two clay, two hardtop) and play ground, basket ball court within walking distance. It was incredible. We had perfect weather and thoroughly enjoyed walking to the beach with my dog a couple of times a day. The house was clean and spacious. Will definitely return.

Divine location, spacious & comfortable setting, quiet & peace-filled ambiance, close day trip proximity to Cape Cod National Seashore/Vineyard Haven (Martha's Vineyard/Boston, delicious area eateries, responsive & attentive host... Recommend highly without qualification for the best family visit we've had Cape-side in the past 20 years or so since living in the area! A stellar trip to Scraggy Neck!

Amazing sunrise view!

Three Generations of my family stayed here this past week. All I can say is it was perfect. The property is well kept and very spacious. More than enough room for 10 of us. We had some great weather, maybe a bit hot midweek, but great and if you could get up early, amazing sunrises out the back yard. The view of the water and the island isn’t too shabby, either! The area is nice and quiet, too. Plenty of things to do locally. We hope to be back next year.

Had a fabulous trip

Had a fabulous trip. The house was right on the water and made for a lot of fun with the grandchildren. The area was quiet and peaceful, but not a far drive from lots of different attractions.

Fun family vacation

Scraggy neck is a quiet and beautiful little island in Cap Cod. The property was very kid friendly. Plenty of room to run around. The waterfront and floating dock was perfect for fishing and swimming.

Cape Cod beach house

The inside of the house and linens were very clean upon arrival. The beach was rocky but great for little kids as water was calm and shallow. Kayaks and fire pit a plus. Third bedroom had no air conditioner with little breeze. The kitchen was dated and so was some of the cookware and equipment. Quiet location, playground in walking distance.

Getaway at the beach

The house is well equipped. Cooking for 6 adults was a breeze with gas grill and full kitchen and large dining area indoor and on the deck. Plenty of room for all to spread out, play games, watch TV. Private beach a short walk thru the gardens with shallow water for kids and swimming dock to swim to. Kayaks and life jackets and beach chairs plentiful. Close to great icecream and nr a full service convenience store in Pocasset. 3 generations had a lovely week!

Amazing location!

We loved our stay! The location is paradise, a huge grassy yard and private beach with swim dock we’re amazing! Steve was very helpful and quick to respond to any needs. We will definitely go back!

Lovely Scraggy Neck!

Scraggy Neck is a hidden gem! This house is in a great location with its own beach and a few others to enjoy just a walk or bike ride away. We enjoyed just watching the boats go by from the beach and the dining area in the house. And also enjoyed paddling to the island or around Scraggy Neck at low tide. There is a great deck, back yard and fire pit for all kinds of outside fun! There's plenty of room for us and the younger kids have their own lower level bunk room and tv room. We highly recommend this place and hope to return!

Best Family vacation destination

Our family gathered for our yearly vacation and our expectations were more than met . This lovely home had plenty of room ,beautiful view and short walk to the private beach . The only suggestions would be for a few more kitchen essentials and an upgrade for the gate to the stairs as it was finicky. Overall our experience was outstanding

Excellent location

This house is quite large and very comfortable for a group of 6 family members of all ages. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The view was wonderful and the yard and beach access was perfect. The internet was very good and perfectly adequate for work and video calls. The location was great, close to many activities . We would come back again.

We loved our stay! Amazing house and great location!

We stayed there in mid-September, with 2 couples, 1 toddler and a dog. It was more than enough space and we loved the layout of the house. It had everything we needed. The property and private location were fantastic. The large back yard and private beach was constantly in use! And a very short walk to the playground and tennis courts. The owner was great and easy to communicate with as well. We would absolutely stay there again!
