Great place for families

Really nice house! It had all the amenities we needed! Modernised and nice interior. You are in a little village. There is private parking and you are not overlooked! The swimming pool was brilliant! The house has a lot of toys for young kids, so great for young families. You have access to bikes that you can use. Very useful to explore Marennes and Ile d’ Oleron. In 20 minutes you have access to very lovely Sandy beaches! Definitely a house to go back to! Many thanks to Philippe and Maite who very helpful and answered our questions swiftly,

Beautiful location

We were a party of 10 staying for 2 weeks at this property. It was so quiet in the village and the bakery (5 mins along the road) was absolutely fantastic, best bread we had all holiday! The house itself was a great size and we didn’t feel in any way cramped. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well equipped for what we needed. The outdoor eating area with BBQ was brilliant and we used it every day. The pool is fabulous, couldn’t keep us out of it! Having the cover on when we weren’t using it kept it safe for the kids. Since we were travelling from the UK we paid the extra for the linen and towels. This wasn’t made obviously when we booked it but saved us the hassle of bringing our own. You do only get one towel per person and no hand towels so had to buy our own for the kitchen and bathrooms. We also got asked if we wanted to pay the cleaning fee which I assumed was included in the original price. We cleaned ourselves before we left to save paying the extra. The only other point I would like to make is the electric gate for the cars. We were only given one set of keys to open and close the gate which made it difficult when we were all going out separately. Maybe a lockbox on the outside wall would be helpful? Also getting out of the drive was difficult as you can’t see either way up the street so maybe a mirror on the opposite wall would help with that. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend!

The frog in the pool

The house ist well situated within reach of ıle d'oleron, la Rochelle, Rochefort, etc. Well equipped and a lovely pool with salty water. Therefore we had sometimes a swimming companion, a little frog. Très belle maison et grande piscine avec de l'eau salé. Et parfois une petite grenouille dedans, qui aimait aussi nager. Des vacances merveilleuses.

Belle location, fonctionnelle et agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et la cuisine extérieure. Les enfants ont également bien joué avec le portique. Beaucoup de jeux et de livres sont à disposition pour les enfants. La maison est grande, les pièces sont spacieuses avec des rangements dans les chambres. On a pu apprécié également la proximité de la plage de Marennes et des commerces.

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée

Description de la maison fidèle à l’annonce : spacieuse, propre et bien équipée quoiqu’un peu isolée (pas de commerce à proximité immédiate, il faut prendre la voiture) L’accueil et le suivi tout au long du séjour par Maïté a été parfait! Bémol sur les draps et linges de maison : - Marqués « fournis » sur la première page de l’annonce mais qui sont en fait payants (il faut cliquer sur un lien pour s’en apercevoir) - Dans la mesure où ils sont payants, il me semble qu’à minima les lits devraient être faits à l’arrivée ce qui n’était pas le cas… En dehors de cela, séjour très agréable.

maison très agréable, au calme et près des plages.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. la maison est spacieuse et nous avons pris tous les repas à l'extérieur. Les petits et les grands ont profité de la belle piscine. Beaucoup de balades à faire et de visites dans un rayon de 30 km. A recommander la plage du vert bois sur l'île d'oléron pour qui aime les grosses vagues. Quant aux huîtres... un régal!!

Leuke woning in een rustige buurt

Ruime woning met alle voorzieningen. Groot zwembad en heel fijn terras. De kamers boven doen soms wat claustrofobisch aan maar zijn wel volledig in orde.

La maison est grande belle bien aménagée avec tout le nécessaire Le jardin est spacieux et clôturé Seul problème c'est que la piscine n était pas fonctionnelle ni nettoyée alors que dans l annonce il était juste notée pas chauffée Nous avons été très déçu par rapport à ce manque de clarté La conciergerie nous a affirmé que la piscine est fonctionnelle qu à partir de mi mai ce qui n'est pas notée dans l annonce Le propriétaire nous a fait un geste commercial de 10*/. Les extérieurs n étaient pas nettoyés :salon de jardin..terrasse

Belle maison

Maison très bien équipée et équipements de qualité. Les chambres des enfants sont équipées de nombreux jeux pour leur plus grand plaisir. Elle est très spacieuse nous sommes venues à 9 et nous avions largement de la place. Un très beau jardin avec une superbe piscine pour les petits comme pour les grands. Un super accueil de Maïté malgré notre arrivée tardive du au aléa de la route.

Maison agréable avec quelques points négatifs

Nous avons trouvé la maison peu adapté pour 3 couples adultes. En effet, la literie des 2 lits 140x190 est tout juste passable voir trop inconfortable. La chambre du bas avec le lit 160x200 était par contre très confortable. Piscine chauffée une journée à notre demande (nous avons profité de la piscine 1 après midi seulement mais la température exterieur n'a pas aidée non plus). Plusieurs détails nous on déçus, le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de bain de soleil (seulement des chaises en tissus) pas de cafetière basique, les toilettes du bas ne fermaient pas à clé, le voisinage désagréable car on a joué aux palets ou les enfants au ballon...enfin les points positifs sont que la maison possède une cuisine moderne et un grand réfrigérateur, la maison est agréable dans son ensemble, l'accueil par Maïté à été agréable et les personnes concernées ont été très réactives à nos demandes. Enfin le point très positif est que la maison est très bien située, pas besoin de faire beaucoup de km pour profiter.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une granse maison spacieuse, avec de belles déco, très agréables. Maison très très bien équipée qjevce soit pour cuisiner, pour se chauffer, pour les enfants ados comme bébés tout y est. Un accueil très agréable avec Maïté. Réactivité et communication avec le propriétaire comme avec Maïté très bien rien a redire. Nous y reviendrons, très bien situé également pour visiter cette belle région. Merci
