La casa está bien equipada de utensilios y su ubicación es tranquila e independiente. Especialmente agradables son los porches y el jardín para verano, primavera.... El depósito de agua caliente salta y se desconecta, generando las duchas con agua fria y teniendo que esperar a que se cargara. Se informó a la dueña en varias ocasiones. El nivel de limpieza y mantenimiento es mejorable. La planta principal con dos dormitorios y dos baños es agradable, pero la ubicada en la planta inferior es húmeda, a pesar de contar con un aparato para secar el ambiente y mantener puertas y ventanas abiertas durante el día. No fue conveniente para el bebé. El jardín permite que una mascota disfrute por su amplitud.La ubicación de la casa está separada de cualquier localidad, tiendas o centro urbano, por lo que se precisa vehículo en todo momento. Para nosotros no fue un problema porque buscábamos el aislamiento. Nicole estuvo pendiente a través de mensajes y tuvo el detalle de recibirnos con un gateau basque.

Séjour entre amies

Nous avons loué cette maison pour un séjour de 9 jours entre amies. L'habitation est ok, mais aucunement un manoir ou château comme le fait penser sa classification dans l'annonce... L'état de propreté, notamment des sanitaires, laissait à désirer, ce qui est d'autant plus étonnant que des frais de ménage sont compris d'office dans la réservation! Et que les nombreuses photos de l'intérieur laissent à penser que tout est impeccable... Pour rebondir sur le commentaire du locataire précédent, oui, il y a bien un coq qui chante dès 5h du matin, mais aussi le reste de la journée et un voisin qui aime faire des allers retours avec sa grosse cylindrée très bruyante! La propriété est par ailleurs située au bord de la départementale, heureusement peu fréquentée, les 1ers commerces ou restaurants se trouvant à env. 5-6 km, impossible de faire la moindre balade à pied puisqu'aucun trottoir le long des routes, la voiture est indispensable !

Pas de commentaire....sauf que cette personne dès son arrivée a commencer par regarder derrière les tableaux s'il y avait des toiles d'araignées... critiquer le frigo qui est neuf (dommage pour elle) et pour le règlement avait omis de signaler à ABRITEL qu'elles étaient 4 et qu'elle avait un chien... la femme de ménage avait passé toute la journée à nettoyer, sous mes yeux... Ne voulant pas polémiquer je lui ai quand même rembourser les frais de ménage....ce que je regrette d'ailleurs. Je conclurai en précisant que ma maison est "une maison de charme" et non un manoir ou un château...quant au coq nous sommes à la campagne.

Sejour à la Toussaint

Le logement est très propre, bien situé. Il est a noté que nous avons eu une invasion de chenilles et le propriétaire a très vite réagit en nous apportant des produits. Seuls bémols: 1 coq qui nous fait part de son chant tous les matins à 5h30, une porte de WC qui ne ferme pas et le jardin est partagé avec un autre logement. Il n'y a pas de jeux pour les enfants. A part celà, logement très agréable, très fonctionnel et bien équipé.
