Step out to your Full length screened lanai directly overlooking the canal. Only yards from Naples Bay. Very peaceful and serene. Boat slip is available for a fee. Walk to 5th Avenue. Many restaurants in vicinity. Gulf beaches less than 5 minutes away. Available monthly, seasonally or annually. Minimum 30 days. Approval is required by the Board for all rentals.

Condo Near Downtown Naples

The condo was pleasant and as described on VRBO with the exception that it listed satellite/cable. This condo had neither. It did have a Roku with several streaming channels but no satellite or cable. We had many inconveniences of the electricity going out due to the electrical box in the condo. The owner replied immediately to our reports and had an electrician come out. However, the problem was never solved and we were without electricity several days. It would have been nice to be compensated for the many electrical problems we experienced.
