The family loved our stay at River Sage. The house is amazing. Tons of space for everyone and great outside areas to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The river in the backyard was also an amazing amenity that we took advantage of daily.

Beautiful getaway

We enjoyed the house so much! It is stunning, clean and quiet. We fished and biked. We enjoyed the patio and eating out there each evening.

Beautiful and large property

We enjoyed our stay! The property is gorgeous and the property managers were prompt with any questions before and during stay! The backyard landscaping is absolutely gorgeous and we loved walking down to the river. Everything was seamless!

Perfect place for a family vacation

We absolutely fell in love with this house. It was warm and inviting, and had all the necessary amenities. We had Thanksgiving here with family, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and serving. We spent many nights playing games, drinking hot chocolate and enjoying the amazing fire place. In the morning the elk would walk through the backyard near the river…an incredible and magical sight. You will not be disappointed here. It feels like home.

A little piece of heaven

This was our second year to spend Thanksgiving with our family at this home. It was an incredible experience once again. We love the warmth, the cozy fireplace, the well equipped kitchen, the stunning scenery, the peaceful view of elk making their way past the river in the morning…you cannot beat this experience. It’s good for the soul and was great for our family. Thank you for another beautiful memory for me, my kids, and my family!

Lovely home with fantastic outdoor space

We had such a wonderful stay here— the house is quite large and though there is a bit of awkward (unusual) space (Namely— the master bedroom is huge with a massive carpeted bathroom, and not a lot of usable space— especially if you have small kids that you’re trying to accommodate), we made it work and had a lovely stay. The managers were very detailed and helpful, the kitchen is terrific for hosting and had all that we needed (very helpful to have some staples like they did for cooking). The location was also stunning— a beautiful backyard with an easy walk to Hailey’s Greenbelt!

Cannot do this place justice - its amazing.

The property is huge. Perfectly located between Hailey and Ketchum and ON the river. Not a ton of bedrooms, but if you are ok with airmattresses or couches, this place can hold a lot more people than the 3 bedrooms suggest. The rooms are HUGE and so are the bathrooms. Has all the features and tools/machines you'd need. We will 100% be coming back to this place. Hollie the prop manager was very very responsive and helpful. 5/5

It sits directly on the Bigwood River, and we love the flyfishing and wildlife watching. Note that there is often extensive wildlife (20+Elk, Moose, Mother Bear and cubs, Mountain Lion etc.) that cross thru the property coming and going to the River.
