This was our best experience with our yearly cabin rentals that we've ever had. The cabin was very clean, spacious, and just beautiful. The view and the neighborhood was top notch. Safe and quiet. We will return again. Absolutely loved it!

Teachers getaway for break!

We loved our stay at Mimosa 1! We had 15 people with 4 different families and we had the perfect amount of space! The cabin is very accommodating to large groups, very clean, and comfortable. Stay Minty has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Anything we needed or questions we had were answered right away. We cannot wait to stay again and highly recommend this cabin for your next family/friends vacation!

Nice property

Check-in time is at 4pm, but didn't receive door code until almost an hour later. When arriving at the property there was still garbage bags in the front of the property, but they were picked up shortly after arriving. There was roaches in the kitchen area and what looked like blood stains on some bed sheets. The drive to this property was insane with at least 3 steep hills and a very sharp turn. Other than that we did enjoy our stay at this property. The kids had fun in the swimming pool and we all enjoyed the fire pit outside.

Long Weekend with Friends in the Smoky Mountains

The property was clean and very spacious. We loved all the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Many evenings were spent on the porch, at the fire pit, or in the hot tub. Overall we loved this property and the location was close to the Smoky Mountain National Forest, Sevierville, Pigeon, Forge, and Gatlinburg. We would stay here again! Communication was great which made our stay even better. The only suggestion we have would be to leave a broom, dustpan, or vacuum to allow minor cleanup after meals etc. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay at this beautiful property.

Great Family vacation

We were a group of 5 adults, Two Theee yr olds and a 7 yr old and 1 dog. Plenty of space for everyone. Very clean. The pool as I had expected was not very big but did mot disappoint. The kids loved it. Having a full size kitchen was great. The fire put out back looked very inviting but we unfortunately did not have time to use it.Great time

Stay AWAY from Stay Minty

Pros:Lots of space Great location Indoor pool Hot tub Plenty of shampoo/conditioner/body wash Cons: -no outdoor TV -1 arcade game -every knife is very dull -no baking sheets -1 set of dish towels -no pot holders -no broom (but had a dust pan) -no all purpose cleaner -limited silverware -no coffee maker (there was a Keurig) -no Alexa in the pool room -no air hockey or pool table The large table was wobbly. Seemed to have loose legs. One chair leg came completely off. The top step on the main level was loose and eventually came off (explanation below). Communication is a HUGE issue with the Stay Minty Management “Team”. Our stay was booked for January 18. 3 days after a HUGE snow/ice storm in the area. We were concerned that the roads were not driveable. Tried to stay in constant contact with Stay Minty. We were told they would let us know about the roads early morning of check in. At 9am we called, no reply. At 11am we called, no reply. Finally after looking up the address on google maps, we found the cabin across the street (Treetop Treasure) and a phone number for the owner, Called Mike at Viewtiful Cabins. WOW!! What a helpful man. He assured me that he was looking at his cameras and the roads seemed to be clear. (We will be using them next time). It was unusually cold during our stay, and one of the heating units stopped working twice, and could not keep the bottom floor/game room warm. The first time heat quit working, we were snowed in and were at the

Thanksgiving family vacation

Cabin was nice. Beds were comfortable. Water could be set hotter for showers. The table in dining area had loose legs and needs attention. There was only a single serve keurig. We had a family of adults and expected a regular coffee pot. The cookware needs updating. There was no sheet pan, pizza pan or mixing bowls to use. Overall the property was satisfactory.

Great cabin for families

Nice area and all the close to all the fun. Great for families of all ages. Completely stocked with toiletries and clean with a great check in process. Beds are comfortable and area is serene. Great communication with hosts as well!

Most amazing place

This place was so amazing kids had so much fun in the pool. The view so amazing the whole place was great. I would tell anyone about this place and will hopefully be able to book this one again when we come back
