Perfect location! Perfect view! The condo was so clean and had everything we could've needed plus some extra amenities that were so thoughtful. It was a very quiet and peaceful condo. We felt extremely safe. Communication with the host was thorough and so easy! This is a perfect piece of paradise on the gulf!

I appreciate honesty and good service, and this stay has it in spades! The condo is just as described, and Victor and Valerie were awesome to work with. They proved those little extras that made us feel welcome, and were very responsive, even when we didn’t ask anything! . I highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning!

Wow! This was a great condo! We couldn’t have asked for any better! Our hosts were absolutely the best. I felt like I had known them for years and have never met. We so appreciated the hospitality and kindness that we received and felt. They were so accommodating as well. We will be back!

Our second time staying in this condo & we’ll continue to come back! The condo is clean, well maintained, quiet, and comfortable! Everything you could possibly need is provided & then some! It’s also conveniently located to everything and is in a cute, residential neighborhood for early morning walks!

I honestly believe this is the prefect stay for a beach vacation. The condo itself is wonderful and very thoughtfully equipped. The only thing that would make it better would be if there was a way to keep you from getting your feet sandy after showering on your way back to your room. We had our honeymoon here and hope to come back for many more memories.

We have been coming to these condo’s for 40 years and always on the 3rd floor. We loved the update decor and new flooring. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, but we usually went out for dinners. The beach, water and chair service was also great. Thank you!

We have really enjoyed vacationing here on Okaloosa Island for the past 10 years and are excited to now call it our home away from home! The captivating panoramic view from the condo living room and balcony is exceptional! Island Sands is a smaller condominium complex, so the beach is much less crowded. We love the island that offers so much for us to enjoy without a constant battle of heavy beach traffic. It truly is a perfect location!

We will be here often to enjoy and will keep the decor and conveniences updated. We know your time is precious and we want you to have a wonderful experience during your stay. We welcome you and yours to come and visit our special place! SO much beauty to behold on the Gulf Coast!!
