Our stay at the Ca’Dell’Opera Terrace wonderful. The home was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for our party of seven to spread out, but we very much enjoyed gathering in the sitting room and cozy kitchen on the 2nd floor. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Its location was very quiet, but it was also very convenient to everything. The communication from the management company was excellent and they were very helpful with arranging water taxis, and answering all of our questions.

great location / separate spaces

We had 2 families and the separation of space worked out great for us with the common area and then the bedrooms separately. The bedrooms / bathrooms were great and the location was great with short walking distance to all the spots we went to on the trip.

Beautiful spacious property over three floors in a fantastic part of town - arguably one of the best. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and were a total delight - they went out of their way to make our visit as smooth as possible. I visit Venice a lot and would highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay in the apartment with 4Br and 4 baths. The place is very well appointed. The management meet us at the water bus stop and walked us to the house. The neighborhood is quiet and the rooftop deck was lovely.

Nice space in quiet neighborhood

The apartment fit our needs perfectly! Everyone had their own space and the kitchen was great for gathering. Had a hiccup with power to one floor, but resolved it quickly with Katrina’s help. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this to get some peace and quiet after a day sightseeing.

Wonderful Christmas Getaway

This was our third VRBO in Italy on our trip and it was wonderful. The highlight is a rooftop that gives you a breathtaking view of sunrise / sunset over Venice. The apartment was very clean and well lit. It had spacious bedrooms and our ladies loved the bathrooms. It's near some cute little restaurants for espresso / breakfast in the morning and short walk to grocery store. The communication with our host was excellent and I would most definitely stay here again.

The team from Views on Venice were fantastic! Our flights were delayed and they remained friendly and flexible. The property is in a remarkably quiet neighborhood only 15 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. The walk to groceries and a long row of water front dining and gelato is only 3 minutes. Note that the apparemment has alot of stairs.

Perfect Venice stay

After traveling a long way from the US, it was refreshing to have a clean, comfortable place to stay. I traveled with my extended family and each smaller, immediate family had their own space to relax. We especially enjoyed the roof top porch in the evenings with a glass of wine. The host was very communicative, and accommodating… they went above and beyond helping us with information, reservations and transportation. They even met us when we arrived to show us how to find the apartment. We were very pleased with our stay and if we are ever back, would strongly consider this apartment again.

Introducing Dimora Italia – a new arrival on the international luxury hospitality scene offering approx. 40 exclusive and prestigious short-rental properties in Italy. The result of the evolution of Views on Venice, Dimora Italia was born of the desire to expand into destinations beyond Venice that are regularly requested by VOV clients. Founded by Filippo Gaggia – an enterprising Venetian with deep roots in the city – and backed by over 20 years’ experience in luxury rentals coupled with the exceptional service offered by his friendly, dedicated team, his wish that his clients feel the true spirit of Il Bel Paese ignited the initial spark and fuelled his ambition to establish ‘Dimora Italia’. Embracing top-tier properties in Venice and Florence – many designed by Dimora Italia in collaboration with design partners ArchFlorence – further city bases, including Rome and Milan, are planned for the future.

“We believe that the most rewarding travel experiences are those where you feel the true spirit of a place, where you feel fully immersed in your destination of choice. We look forward to welcoming you to our ravishing properties and introducing you to Italy as seen through our eyes.”
