Nous avons passé un très bon we dans cette maison, Valérie s'est montrée très arrangeante et ça a été très facile de communiquer avec elle, merci !L'espace jardin est très agréable, ainsi que la pièce de vie, ce qui est top quand on est un grand groupe.N'étant pas loin de La Rochelle, c'est assez facile et rapide de s'y rendre, ce qui est très avantageux.Nous avons cependant trouvé que ça ne valait pas son prix. Il y avait quand même pas mal de défauts sur le mobilier, dans la maison même, la piscine n'est pas chauffée, 1 seule salle de bain.... Nous nous attendions à un peu mieux pour le prix que nous avons payé...Nous avons aussi trouvé cela étrange que le concierge arrive en avance lors du checkout et entre sans frapper ni prévenir de son arrivée sur le moment...Mais nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce we malgré tout, merci !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Valérie, qui correspondait à de nombreux critères: spacieuse, fonctionnelle, calme, propre, bien équipée intérieur comme extérieur...Le parc arboré est un vrai plus qui permet de profiter et de s'étendre, surtout quand on est un grand groupe! Très bien situé pour les excursions.

Un grand salon ainsi qu'un immense jardin doté d'une piscine et d'un barbecue, on ne pouvait pas demander mieux pour un week-end de Juillet entre amis. Propriétaire et conciergerie aimables et réactives.

maison très sympa , grande comme indiquée sur l'annonce. Anaïs , concierge , est vraiment très disponible , souriante ,très accueillante, chambres confortables , salon spacieux , seul bémol: douche un peu à revoir(joint), sinon , à recommander sans problème , attention: le chèque de caution n 'est mentionné nullement , c'est à prévoir ; Merci encore !

Très bel accueil. Il ne faisait pas très beau mais au grand jardin avec des poulets, pingpong, un trampoline, on a pu bien profité la super maison. Même avec la cheminée on a eu le temps chaud malgré la météo. C’était une maison parfaite pour la réunion d’un grand group d’amis. Je vous remercie vraiment et si l’on a l’occasion de passer à la Rochelle à la prochaine fois, on voudrais sûrement y rester encore !

Grand gîte au top

Excellent séjour dans cette grande maison parfaitement aménagée pour accueillir des groupes avec enfants( nous étions un peu plus de 20 avec les enfants et bébés et la propriétaire super arrangeante). Grand espace extérieur avec des poules, petits et grands se sont éclatés. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé ( vaisselle, babyfoot, table de Ping Ping, piscine, trampoline…) et très bien situé. Je le recommande et nous y retournerons! Un grand merci à Anaïs, la concierge qui est d’une incroyable gentillesse.
