Full Villa! Private 2 Car Garage, Patio, Sundeck, Jacuzzi, Grille, Front Lawn right in front of villa on way to beach & all areas of the resort of Bella Sirena; including the gym, tennis courts, 4 pools (2 are heated) 2 Hot Tubs, Community Charcoal Grille's (2 each side of property next to Hot Tubs), Swim up Grille & Lounge and all other common areas.

PLEASE USE CAUTION FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!
-DO NOT leave children unattended EVER as there are many water features at the resort and the Sea is just a few steps away.
-ALWAYS rinse before getting into the Jacuzzi (Shower is on the patio and more on the beach)
-DO NOT leave Jacuzzi running when not in use
-NEVER fill Jacuzzi with water, please contact me if you need assistance or you will be liable for any water damages that may occur.
-Please put bromine tablet in Jacuzzi after usage (located in garage on shelf)
-DO NOT leave grille unattended & please be sure to CLOSE VALVE to the propane tank after usage.
-ALWAYS bring beach chairs back & put in garage.($75 each missing or broken item)
-ALWAYS bring back beach towels. ($25 each missing/ruined item)
-PLEASE bring cushions inside if the winds should pick up in the evening.
-Please DO NOT not disconnect or change any cables, plugs or cords connected to WI-FI, Phone or TV's.

I have been in the area doing business for 20+ years; including, Event Planning and I would love to help you coordinate any schedules or needs to include; babysitting, private chef, food delivery, in home massages, excursions, boat trips to the Island or just for fishing or just for fun for that matter! All concierge services are complimentary with your rental.

Maybe you just want some balloons and a cake or flowers? Hmmmmmm.

I am fairly bi-lingual and have staff that is fully bilingual if something is too technical for my Spanish:)

We are located on Sandy Beach; which is in between Cholla Bay and Town.

Bella Sirena is the most Luxurious property in all of Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco) with its 15 acres of lush mature tropical landscape of many grassy areas, multiple species of palm trees and lush tropical fauna. Absolutely the most pristine beach and fabulous sunsets to rival any other destination.

The town is very tourist friendly and most places are bi-lingual services and accept US Dollars; along with Credit Cards, Mexican Pesos and Paypal.

Come visit our quaint fishing town and explore the Malecon (Old Port ) only 6 minute drive away for shopping, dining, friendly bars and fun views of the Sea of Cortez where you can see the Baja at sunset..

This amazing stretch of pristine beach has many great places to visit; Wrecked at the Reef, The Grille, Tiki Bar, La Cantina Sports Bar, Tapeo Wine Bar and more. Just a 4 minute drive away you can enjoy Xochi's, JJ's Cantina and Oyster House at Cholla Bay. Take a tour on the new Zip Lines next to Wrecked at the Reef to view the amazing vistas from Pelican Point (Competition Hill), rent quads and all terrain vehicles are easily accessible.

-"WRECKED AT THE REEF" is only 1 mile West to the World Class Beach Bar Family friendly with beachtables & palapas and indoor countless TV's w/ all sporting events. Great food, Drinks, Service, live music! Great for large groups or if your just wanting to socialize & meet really awesome new peeps! Perfect to meet up w/fellow golfers before going to Laguna del Mar (Nicholas designed course) for 9 holes--then meet back here to score up!

-JJ's Cantina is in Cholla Bay, about 3 miles west of us is world renowned.

Old Port (El Malecon) is 6 minute drive from Bella (East/then South) Just loops around the Marina with great photo ops of the Shrimp Boats! This is lots of action & high energy area to get your fresh seafood to take home or to enjoy at the famously popular establishments! Favorite pics in order of location are:

Please remember Bella Sirena has the highest standards to protect the enjoyment of your stay; thus, the HOA has placed strict rules on Maximum number of guests & for our 3 bedroom Villa; which is 10 adults (children under 5 years old do not count). If you have more, please let me know & we will reserve you another 1, 2 or 3 bedroom unit for your group. Security will turn you away at the gates if you have more than 10 :( Renters are not allowed to bring pets:( There is a great pet hotel in town if you need arrangements, just let us know.

We reserve the right without penalty, restrictions or refunds/discounts to relocate to another 3 bedroom property onsite at Bella Sirena should there be an unscheduled maintenance need out of our control in order to make your stay more pleasant; such as, HVAC Failure, Plumbing Failure. We will only do this in the most extenuating circumstances and our other properties are very high quality as well. We do this to secure your stay at Lovely Bella Sirena and to not impact your vacation plans as much as we possibly can. (WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY FAILURE OF EQUIPMENT THAT NEEDS REPAIRS WHILE YOU ARE IN THE VILLA. WE TAKE GREAT MEASURES & EFFORTS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY; HOWEVER, THINGS DO BREAK DOWN FROM TIME TO TIME AND WE WILL DO OUR VERY BEST EFFORTS TO REPAIR DURING YOUR STAY TO MINIMIZE IMPACT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. (Including but not limited to: Jacuzzi, WI-FI, Telephone, HVAC, Grille, Plumbing etc...)
