Gîte in a wooden chalet at an altitude of 700 meters, overlooking the town of Gérardmer: a summer and winter resort with its lake, mountain hikes, and La Mauselaine ski resort. Groceries and a doctor are 1 km away. Independent gîte of 55 m² in a chalet. Private entrance. On the ground floor: Living room opening onto the equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and TV. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bathroom with shower. WC. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, mezzanine area (1 single bed), WC. Terrace. Gardens. 2 swings, sandpit, table tennis, barbecue. Electric heating, charges not included (on meter reading according to consumption, beyond the 8 kW included per day).
Baby bath and travel cot.
Carport near the chalets. Adjoining another chalet, No. 88G12842 (sleeps 4) and next to chalet 88G13842 (sleeps 8).
You will be welcomed at the cottage by the owners or maintenance staff.

Gute und ruhe Lage mit einer schönen Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus hat eine gute Aufteilung. Die Mitarbeiter bei An- und Abreise waren sehr freundlich. Die Couch im Esszimmer ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Steckdose für die Nachttischlampe im Zwischengeschoss funktionierte nicht, ebenso die Beleuchtung der Abzugshaube in der Küche. Die Tür Schlafzimmer EG lässt sich nicht schließen. Die Tür zum Esszimmer klemmt. Die Dusche ist sehr klein, im Ablaufbereich stark verschmutzt, ebenso läuft das Wasser nur sehr schlecht ab und der Duschkopf lässt sich in der Höhe nicht verstellen. Beim WC im EG klemmt die Spülung.

Ledersofa mit Isolierband die Risse notdürftig überklebt. Tür zum unterem Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht mehr schließen. Carpor nicht vorhanden. WC Türe nicht abschließbar. Bewegungsmelderlampe aussen brennt immer!
