Hope to Stay There Every Time We Are in New Orleans!

  • 5 of 5

Loved, loved, loved this home! My husband and I and three friends stayed there over a 5-day weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was perfect. Such a great location -- close enough to the Quarter that you can spend time there and then return home to a relaxing quiet and comfort. Wonderfully equipped kitchen, which my husband/professional chef utilized on a number of occasions. Lovely large, private courtyard. The bed in the master bedroom is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I hope that whenever we are in New Orleans, we are able to stay here.

Fabulous Vacation Rental

The house was beautiful and well appointed. A New Orleans gem. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Comfortable, spacious, and with everything you need for an easy going (or fast paced) vacation.

Living like a NOLA Native

  • 5 of 5

Six of us had spent several days working with Habitat for Humanity to build a house in New Orleans East. We wanted to spend some time enjoying the city and relaxing a bit before heading home and this lovely home was just what the doctor ordered! We love older places like this one with its high ceilings, exterior gas lights and interesting architectural details. We had plenty of room to sprawl out with comfortable sofas and beds (all three sizable bedrooms are located on the second floor). The backyard patio provided a great setting for breakfast and was just steps from the large and charming kitchen. How wonderful it is to be able to live like a native rather than stay in a generic hotel!

We were able to park our van right out front and could choose to use it or simply hop the nearby St. Charles streetcar to head into the French Quarter or to visit the amazing World War II Museum. Uber drivers had no problem locating the home.

Lastly Linda and Conrad were incredibly responsive and accommodating, helping to make our stay even more enjoyable. Now it's back to reality, but we are left with some great memories!

Lovely house with the perfect location to explore NOLA

  • 5 of 5

Great house for our group of 8. Plenty of room for everyone. We were walking distance to almost everything and enjoyed the city immensely.

Cold weather didn't put a damper on the heating for the house, it stayed warm and cozy. Small minor issues with dishwasher and kitchen sink, which were looked at by Conrad with no hesitation.

An elegant, spacious, and comfortable home.

  • 5 of 5

The property was perfect. It was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The home has great character and we felt that it gave us the chance to experience classic New Orleans. The owners were communicative and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.
