Cindy was a fabulous hostess!! Everything was exactly as described and then some. We were a party of 5 and everyone was extremely comfortable & cozy in the house. The bathroom upstairs is huge! All the bedrooms are good sized. There was pleanty of seating in the family room for us to sit together comfortably. Everyone in our group couldn't say enough good things about how wonderful our stay was. It was in the perfect location. Cindy has all the necessities right on the property. There's a grocery store within walking distance. Close to Magazine St where there are lots of cute stores and great restaurants. Beautiful walk through the Garden District to the streetcar, which you could take into the city. We will definitely be looking forward to staying here again in our future travels to NOLA. ALL was PERFECT!

Thank you Cindy for everything and being so helpful in all of your recommendations to us!! We just arrived home yesterday and can't wait to come back!

The property was great! A quaint, well-appointed cottage in the Lower Garden District.

We had a wonderful experience. Cindy is a great hostess. Her place is better than advertised. The cottage is very comfortable and clean with a great layout. The backyard is awesome, great for early morning coffee or an evening drink. The location is very convenient but away from the hustle of the French Quarter. Convenient to the shops and restaurants of Magazine Street and among the beautiful homes of the Garden District. We would definitively stay with Cindy again.

A very comfortable stay

Cindy's home is clean, comfortable, and a great home base in uptown New Orleans. My husband and I and our two daughters enjoyed a three-night stay in June 2017. The upstairs bathroom is really great, and my kids really liked the bathtub. Three nice bedrooms gave us all plenty of room to spread out, and the little kitchen downstairs was well-supplied. We arrived to a fridge stocked with bottled water, beer and wine, and a full cookie jar! We also enjoyed the original artwork displayed throughout the house. We had our car, and never had trouble parking near or directly in front of the house during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect NOLA experience

We were celebrating another Tulane graduation in our family. The location of this home is perfect, at the midpoint of Tulane Campus, downtown New Orleans, and an easy ride to mid-town.

The house itself is well kept, very comfortable, beautifully decorated with a great backyard that was perfect for entertaining and celebrating graduation. We would stay here again!!!!

The property was exactly as pictured and described. Very well kept and comfortable for 6 adults.

The interior of the home was spacious and quite comfortable. The back yard was private and an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the French quarter and magazine street. The location was excellent and only a few blocks from shops and restaurants on magazine street. Rides to the French quarter were less than $15 (for 6 adults) even during peak hours.

Cindy was incredibly hospitable and provided recommendations in the neighborhood that proved to be exactly as promised. We will absolutely rent from Cindy again in the future.

Amazing trip
