Beautiful Sundrenched home

We loved the large sunny gathering room overlooking all the action below. Quick and easy access to the central tram line making it a snap to get to all parts of the city. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Master bath is a bit of a tight squeeze, but not a problem. Would highly recommend.

Großzügige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit Julie als auch Heloise war einwandfrei. Heloise ist zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt am Apartment gewesen um uns alles zu zeigen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Ich würde dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Great apartment, but...

This is a great apartment and great location, but it would benefit from some maintenance, it is an older building after all. Door locks need some fixing: master bedroom can't open from inside, main entrance requires some tinkering. Broken trash can, electric cook top turning itself off, low lighting (missing bulbs, switches that switch nothing). Some misleading pictures on amenities (No Foosball, no outdoor bistro table/chairs). Dryer gave up on us. Incomplete kitchen utensils, cookware, glasses. Once these issues get addressed by the property management, this place will be a great place once again.
