As advertised. Beautiful property

This was our second time staying in Isla and we loved everything about this private resort! All of the staff was so friendly and warm. It's central location makes it easy to visit either side of the island. Highly recommend having Katie arrange a golf cart for you! It was so convenient to have that ready when we got there.

This house was everything we needed and more. Location is right in the middle of the island, which made everything on the island easily accessible, no matter if it was on the north or south end of the island. Communication with property manager and cleaning staff was an absolute breeze and made it to where everything was at your finger tips. The new swimming pool was really nice touch. Would highly recommend this property.

Isla Retreats was such a wonderful property! So tranquil and relaxing! We split our week on Isla Mujeres between another property and Isla Retreats and would hands down stay the whole week (or longer) at Isla Retreats next time! Katy was so welcoming, responsive, and accommodating to all of our requests and even let us check out late on our last day! The room and grounds were immaculate and you really felt the attention to detail in everything. We opted to do taxis instead of a golf cart and the location was perfect - a short and inexpensive taxi ride to anywhere you want to go. Elizabeth did a wonderful job refreshing our room, and it was so nice to have the option of housekeeping services. We enjoyed the kitties and the beautiful sculptures and grounds. A fabulous place to stay - the only negative is that we didn't have more time! :( Muchas gracias, Katy y familia!

With 3 apartments that can be remted separately or as a unit this is perfectly suited for a family vacation. It allows people to have their own space but also comfortable group gathering spots with room for all. The location is central, easy to get everywhere on the island. Clean and comfortable, the pools and yard meticulously maintained, the housekeeping staff were friendly and kept us with clean towels and whatever else we needed. The property manager was quick to respond when an air conditioning unit broke down, sent a crew to replace it immediately. My son accidentally locked his keys in his apartment and they were quick and kind about fixing the situation. Bonus points for the fact that two gorgeous sea turtles visited the beach right in front of the home! We would definitely book this property again, excellent choice.

Easy booking! Easy check in! Beautiful grounds! Amazing staff who was very helpful and accommodating! Quiet and peaceful! So much more than we hoped for when we booked.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to just sit back and relax and not lift a finger, Casa Lola is it! We enjoyed a week vacation with the entire family: ages 2-76. The concierge staff took amazing care of any and everything! They checked in constantly to sure our flights were on time, we meet up with our taxi’s, booked a water taxi to deliver us to the private dock just a few yards down the beach, had our golf carts delivered and ready….everything! They were always available via WhatsApp to help you book last minute boat trips and suggestions of places to eat. After enjoying Chef Tina’s food you will not want to eat anywhere else! The entire house was air conditioned which was amazing during the hot days and mosquito nights. It was a perfect week with family! Some side notes I always find helpful and sometimes hard to find in descriptions: no ground level suits so everyone must do at least 1 flight of stairs to bedrooms. No TVs…anywhere. Was great for us but not for everyone. Plenty of beach/pool towel, pool toys and nice Shellie end for the littles. Quite location at night and walking distance to a fun beach bar 2 house down on the beach. The house coffee is canned and bland so BYO if particular

I'll start by saying that I like quirky, but not at the expense of comfortable and this place lacked neither and was perfect for us! Loved our twice daily complimentary cocktails and the sunsets were stunning. The Soggy Peso is closed by 8 PM so no late hour noise, if that is a concern. Only note... *I would not recommend if you have trouble with stairs as the walk up is 34 glorious steps!
