Morning Star Log Cabin is located just five minutes drive outside downtown Nelson. An intimate and rustic cabin awaits overlooking Kootenay Lake. Roast marshmallows over a fire, make snowmen, play in the leaves, grill on the BBQ... you have the freedom to recharge however you see fit.

Morning Star accommodates up to 4 guests with one queen bed, a double futon in the living room and a double bed in the loft. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need down to the smallest detail, like fresh coffee beans from the local cafe Oso Negro (meaning "black bear" in Spanish). Use the pots, pans, microwave, stove or oven for full meals, hearty treats, and warm beverages. The private one bedroom is artistically decorated and offers plenty of closet space and even a washer/dryer for your convenience.
