Comfortable suite in an amazing location!

Host was very responsive and easy to deal with, check in was easy and the place was well appointed for our longer stay. The outdoor space is really great. Amazing location with quick access by foot to many cool areas. Would recommend!

Excellent location, great patio

Hi, We really enjoyed our stay in Nice and thus apartment was an amazing location for exploring the city. All of Old Town Nice is right at your doorstep, with easy access to the tram for travel to other parts of the city and the airport. Marjorie was very responsive before our stay, for checking into the property and for ideas on what to do while in Nice. Thank you

A beautiful home in Old Nice close to transport

We stayed for 4 nights with our grandson. We had a bedroom each plus there was also a wash basin in the toilet so the grandson used that area. We loved that there was a washing machine and Marjorie had the house well stocked. Outside was our favourite place. There was a lovely courtyard area and we ate our meals there. Unfortunately no aircon but each bedroom had fans so that was great. A few minutes away was a supermarket which also sold wine. So that was an easy place to go. We ate at various restaurants in the area. We really had a fantastic experience and Marjorie was always on hand if we needed her. If you are ever in the area this place is perfect. Only a few mins walk to the tram. The beach was close. Thank you from us.

Great Apartment, Great Location

This apartment suited us perfectly! It is well appointed with everything a guest needs for an extended stay, and the location is ideal. It exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is well equipped and very functional. Each bedroom has a generous closet, plenty of hangers and shelves. We were able to unpack our entire suitcases and store them and our backpacks in the closets. There was also an additional closet in the entry. The description states 1-bathroom, but there are actually 2 rooms. One room (pictured) has a shower, sink, and washing machine. The other room has a toilet and sink. Both rooms offer storage space. This arrangement allowed me and my travel partner use of our own sink and mirror when getting ready to go out. The water pressure is fine and hot water plentiful. While we didn't make use of the terrace, it provided a lovely view, let in a lot of daylight and made the place much more open and spacious. Marjorie was an excellent host. She showed sincere interest in making our stay comfortable and responded promptly to our every question, both before and after our arrival. We loved this apartment. The location serves as a great home base for visiting nearby points of interest by foot, and those farther flung by public transportation, I will definitely consider staying here again.

Beliggenhet i gamle byen og stor uteplass var fantastisk! Riktignok ingen utsikt fra uteplassen, men koselig. Ingen sol på formiddagen. Stor dusj og separat WC, supert når man er 4. kort vei til Linje 2 som går til flyplassen. Utrolig hyggelig utleier som var veldig fleksibel angående innsjekkingstidspunk.

On the door step of Place Garibaldi

A lovely apartment in a great location a short stroll to the Port and Old Town. Lovely terrace area although due to high buildings it does not get the sun. On arrival there was a problem with access to the stairs and I am unable to use a lift. However Marjorie managed to get this sorted in around an hour whilst we enjoyed a glass of wine in Place Garibaldi. All in all a great place to stay and we will definitely return
