Not as good as it looks

Property is ideally located, but had we not had a specific reason for staying, I certainly wouldn't have stayed in this property. Outside was filthy, overgrown and overhanging plants, no umbrella, no lighting, hot tub was not timed correctly and very noisy. No upstairs to property, that is a flat! Downstairs beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Not enough cleaning products. Only WiFi in the front room, impossible to log on to through rest of property. As a party of 8 sleeping there, and only 3 chairs in kitchen, perhaps this should have been mentioned. No clothes drying facility. There are also notices throughout, asking PAYING guests to strip their beds at the end of their stay! REALLY! The owner of this property seriously needs to improve, everything.
