Luxury villa for 12 people

This luxury villa of 160 m2 with all mod cons including 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine) and 4 bathrooms can accommodate up to 12 adults. 2 suites (bedroom 160 with their bathroom and toilet), 1 bedroom bed 160 and 1 bunk room and sofa bed 2 places share a bathroom and toilet. Finally the mezzanine has twin beds and a bathroom.
Divided into 3 separate spaces, it is ideal for accommodating several families. All bedrooms have closets or dressing rooms.
Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine.
Flat screen in living room + wifi (fiber).
Baby equipment (babybjorn bed and high chair) on request.
Exterior: 1000 square meter unfenced garden overlooking the pine forest.
Deckchairs, outdoor table, armchairs.
Barbecues are prohibited in the moors due to the high risk of fire.
Outdoor pool
Moliets 18-hole golf course 5 minutes away on foot.
Supervised beach in July and August 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike.
Quiet, sunny house, under the pines in contact with nature.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen in einer ruhigen Ferienhausresidenz , von Wald umgeben. Das Dorf ist mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand ca. 5-10 Minuten. Das Haus ist groß und komfortabel eingerichtet mit einer schönen Aussenterasse. Ein Aussengrill fehlte leider. Der nicht beheizte Pool wurde diesem Sommer neu renoviert. Ein großzügiger Garten zwischen Haus und Pool ist vorhanden mit einem dichten Baumbestand, der leider im Spätsommer (Mitte August) morgens und abends für zuviel Schatten auf der Terasse und am Pool sorgte. Daher konnten wir den Pool leider nicht so nutzen wie gedacht. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Belle maison, propre, gérant très sympathique.

Un 10/10 pour ce séjour, aucun problème n’est survenu, communication avec Alexandre sur place très efficace et gentil. La maison est superbe, magnifique piscine et super localisation.

Très belle maison dans la pinède

Très belle maison située dans une résidence de vacances au calme dans la pinède. Les plages, le marché de Moliets et la boulangerie sont à moins de 10 minutes en vélo (louez des vélos et laissez votre voiture sur le parking). Grande terrasse en partie ombragée (+ parasol disponible) où nous avons pris tous nos repas. 3 zones nuit totalement indépendantes (chacune avec sdb et wc séparé) plus une mezzanine avec 2 lits simples et 1 sdb (baignoire + toilettes) si la lumière du jour ne vous dérange pas. Magnifique piscine toute neuve. Alexandre qui s'occupe de l'accueil et du suivi (notamment le nettoyage de la piscine) fait un super boulot. En résumé, une adresse fortement recommandée

Bell maison calme et spacieuse, belle piscine, un peu impersonnelle

Tres bonne reception et organisation. Propre, spacieuse, calme. Une très belle piscine juste refaite avec la terrasse aussi. Bien équipée avec grand frigo, lave vaisselle et tout ce qu'il faut sauf mais pas assez d'assiettes pour 9, donc on doit lancer le lave vaisselle a chaque repas, et surtout pas de chaises longue/transat en nombre suffisant (4 seulement). Malgré notre demande la propriétaire n'a pas voulu nous en fournir plus. Cependant il faut noter qu'elle a bien acheté une plancha notre demande. La maison est plutôt froide d'ambiance, cela manque de decoration. mais nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Attention aussi le ballon ne semble pas suffisant pour 8 ou 9 si quelqu'un prend un bain et une autre personne un longue douche chaude. Donc pour le bain Jacuzzy, plutôt oublier. Mis a part ca nous sommes content de notre séjour. le check out a aussi été très bien fait et aussi l'aide sur place est super reactive et efficace. Cela reste cependant cher a notre gout mais il semble que la demande est elevee.
