The shed is located on a hill and 3 minutes from city centre by car.
An old Provençal holiday cabin in the style of Marcel Pagnol, the house has been completely renovated and decorated with TV to welcome you with all the comfort and warmth of a holiday home in Provence.
You will enjoy the sweetness of life in Provence with a view of the pine forest, swimming pool, petanque court, and barbecue entirely private in a totally independent property.
Not overlooked, it will welcome you for a week of relaxation whether in summer or during the late season. The month of September is particularly pleasant and mild in Provence.
Located 1 km from the city centre, you can visit the historic centre and
enjoy the Provençal market.
Ideally located for visiting the Luberon, the Alpilles, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Avignon, l'Isle-sur-La-Sorgue, Saint-Rémy de Provence, and many other pretty places.
The shed is also ideal for teleworking in peace.
The shed, set on a very large terraced plot, fully heated and air-conditioned with an area of 75 m2 comprises:
- a living room with open kitchen opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool, fully equipped with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, induction hob, combined microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, salt, sugar, olive oil and cleaning products.
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a fitted office area
- an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 beds in 90 cm
- New mattresses with great comfort
- a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room,

Jolie maison avec le bruit de l'autoroute A7

Jolie maison très bien décorée. Toutefois ... Avec un vis à vis sur le terrain d'en face et le monsieur qui promène son chien berger allemand marron ... Avec malheureusement le bruit matin, midi et soir de l'autoroute A7 en continue, et d'une route juste en bas de la maison, dommage la maison n'est jamais au calme, ce n'est pas la campagne, c'est une maison en ville, contrairement à ce que laisse penser l'annonce et les photos.

Une communication décidément très compliquée et piquante de Xavier avant même son arrivée. Son degré d’exigence mérite effectivement de séjourner dans des hôtels ***** et d’adapter son budget en conséquence. La maison est effectivement située à 2 kilomètres du centre ville et a proximité d’une route (cartographie de l’emplacement disponible sur l’annonce). ; elle dispose d’une pinède de 6000m2, ce qui est plutôt vaste pour une « maison de ville ». Nous sommes heureux que nos autres voyageurs Abritel ou Airbnb aient apprécié la situation de la maison et l'ensemble de ses qualités et prestations.

Séjour à la mi Août 2022, en famille. Logement spacieux, décoré avec goût. Bien situé pour faire des visites dans cette belle région. Communication très réactive de la propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement.

Logement parfait

La maison est très bien située. Elle est totalement adaptée à une famille de 4 personnes et très agréable à vivre. La décoration et l'attention portée aux détails ont été très appréciés.

Cabanon au calme et sans vis a vis

Nous avons passe un excellent sejour au calme au bord de la piscine. Le cabanon est idealement situé à a 40 min de tous les sites touristiques. Le logement dispose d une bonne qualité de literie ainsi que d ' equipement ménager. La decoration est soignée. Petit plus le terrain de pétanque.
