This cottage is located near the owners' house. It is spread over two levels. On the ground floor: - Kitchenette - Living room with dining table, lounge area, and working fireplace (closed fireplace) - Separate toilet - Shower. Upstairs: - Bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed - Bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed - Bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a 90 x 190 cm bed - Bathroom with shower - Separate toilet Baby equipment (high chair, bed, baby walker, bathtub, changing table, bouncer, baby backpack). Electric heating. Outside: - Private, sheltered, south-facing terrace - Garden furniture with parasol, sun loungers, and barbecue - Courtyard shared with the owners Authentic atmosphere for this cottage with its large living room, its exposed beams and stones. This cottage is located 2 km from the center of La Fresnais and on the edge of the tourist route (D4) to reach Saint-Malo 15 km away and Cancale 13 km away. In the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, 4 km from the sea and 30 km from the Mont, gite adjoining the owner's house.
