La porte de douche a été remplacée et un traitement anti-cafard a été appliqué dans toute la résidence pour régler définitivement le problème. Il est tout de même dommage que vous ne nous ayez pas informés durant votre séjour, car nous aurions pu réaliser un traitement ciblé en attendant l’intervention générale. Nous avons toujours été réactifs à vos demandes : vous souhaitiez une machine à café traditionnelle en plus de celle à capsules, nous l’avons fournie ; vous avez demandé de l’huile d’olive, nous l’avons mise à disposition. Un simple message aurait suffi, et nous serions intervenus immédiatement. En tout cas, nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau afin que vous puissiez découvrir toutes les améliorations apportées
