My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, the light, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). There is private secure parking and the property is walking distance of the restaurants, bars and beach in Carvoeiro. The property has everything you need, fully fitted kitchen, modern décor, two terraces and a BBQ for relaxing.



On entrance level there is an open plan lounge and dining area. There is a fully fitted kitchen with separate laundry area. There is a double bedroom and a bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a spacious terrace with external lounge furniture. A spiral staircase takes directly into a further bedroom and there is a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is also a further double bedroom with patio doors to a further terrace. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom on this level.

Carvoeiro is a lively village with plenty of restaurants and bars, great for families or couples. The beach is excellent and there are plenty of shops to browse



There is good public transport in the area. Parking is provided and is secure

Fantastic apartment that was perfect for a family stay. Really well equipped, spacious and clean. Terraces are great and pool lovely to cool off on (a short walk from the apartment). Great location, very easy walk from the busy beach and lovely and quiet. Would highly recommend!

This villa /apartment is so comfortable and really well equipped . we had an amazing 2 weeks and will book again for next year . it's so close to the hub of the town and beach but really quiet . I cannot write anything negative because there wasn't anything it was absolutely spot on in every aspect . cleanliness, comfort,and contained everything you needed .

Back from a fantastic trip. 5 of us. Loads of room for our 3 kids. Much more space than the photos suggest. Clean and tidy. A fantastic location to town. Shared pool was great. Nice recommendations from other guests including Praia Grande Beach, Ferraguda, Carvoeiro Caves trip. Only negative is lack of view...but that's the price you pay for being so close to the town and beach. We will definitely return.

We had an amazing week in Carvoiro and hope we will be back to this apartment again!😀 It was so clean and tastfully decorated with everything you need like in your home. Katharine was so quick to respond to any inquiries we had, no more than 10 minuteseven less. The place is beatiful and so quiet. The swimming pool great with lots of sunbeds. We were allowed to drop our luggage early at 11am on the arrival day even though the check in was at 3pm. All organised by Katharine. There are shops and supermarket nearby, there is no need for a car. All in walkable distance. Downstairs there is Fabrica de Velha where you can buy coffee, sandwiches and absolutely amazing cakes,pastries. A place not to be missed. i would highly recommend the trip to the caves , you can book just beside the beach . Overall I would give this place 10 out of 10! Thank you Katharine and the lady who was so friendly and nice when we arrived and left 😀

Accommodation is fine with everything you need. Location perfect Pool area is just ok …. No umbrellas which in July/August was annoying. So we used the beach more. Sun loungers are broken and in need of replacement. Also we did not realise that a cleaner did not attend the property… perhaps that’s our fault. Should have checked, but can honestly say I’ve never stayed anywhere that hasn’t had that facility.

If you do not wish to hire a car this apartment is ideal as you can walk so quickly into the town yet the apartment is quiet. The grounds are fully secure so kids can use the pool area without worry. There are many fabulous restaurants you can easily walk to.
