Belle terrasse triple, 2 chambres, 3 salles de bains Cluster Villa avec vue sur la mer donnant sur le terrain de golf Vale de Milho.

La maison est entré sur le premier étage, où il ya une belle cuisine bien équipée et utilitaire, vestiaire, salle de bains et belle cuisine ouverte salon et salle à manger, dont les portes-fenêtres donnent sur un grand balcon avec vue sur le golf et sur à la mer. Escalier en colimaçon mène à l'étage pour la façon dont le toit-terrasse ou au bar à l'étage où il ya deux chambres à coucher. La chambre principale est en-suite et la deuxième chambre a une salle de douche séparée. Les deux chambres ont des portes-fenêtres donnant sur une terrasse et d'un jardin privé.

La villa dispose de la climatisation partout, dispose salle multi audio à toutes les chambres avec connectivité Bluetooth, plus Google Chromecast, vous permettant de connecter et de jouer toute votre musique ou de diffuser vos films préférés à partir de votre téléphone ou tablette.
Pour un coût additionnel de 35 €, nous pouvons désormais offrir un forfait télé complet au Royaume-Uni et dans le monde, incluant les films SKY, les sports et les bandes dessinées.

Le petit complexe merveilleusement paisible de Vila Golfemar a bien entretenu jardins et l'avantage d'une grande piscine commune, une piscine avec pool house et les installations w / c de petits enfants.

En 10 à 15 minutes de marche, vous trouverez le Clubhouse, les boutiques locales, les restaurants, les bars et la superbe plage de Centaines avec son propre restaurant et son bar de plage. Le centre-ville de Carvoeiro, qui compte plus de 100 restaurants pour tous les goûts et tous les budgets, se trouve à 5 - 6 minutes en voiture.

Brilliant!!!!!

The property was lovely,plenty of room for 4 adults. Good terrace areas. Everything you need and more. Very well kept. Good restaurants, especially Pashmina and Jardin do Ferol. All staff very welcoming and helpful.I cannot praise the apartment and all staff enough. We have had a brilliant holiday.

We had an amazing time in this lovely villa. Well appointed in and located in a lovely area. Only minutes from the village of Carvoeiro. Michael, our host was amazing, super welcoming and very helpful… our e-SIM cards did not work well for us communicating via email so we did not receive any of our VRBO check in instructions before arrival but Michael was extremely helpful and patient with us communicating via WhatsApp until we got in and settled! Would def recommend this beautiful villa! Thank you again Michael & Triona

Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed a total of 10 days and friends of ours joined us a few days later. We had plenty of room for 2 adult couples. We enjoyed the pool but also found out you can use the pool facilities at The Lighthouse restaurant. For a small fee you can use the pool and loungers and if you order food and drink while you are there the fee is taken off the food/drink bill. We found many places within walking distance or a short drive in town. We had a night in one night reminiscing with friends and cooking on the grill. There are plenty of local food stores to stock the fridge for your stay. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Our first trip to Portugal and it was amazing.

Beautiful property in a great location

The location of this property is great, we stayed for ten days and enjoyed the walks along the cliff tops and the many local restuarants. The house was very clean and very well appointed. It also has three outdoor areas which would be fantastic in good weather. Also great WIFI. Michael has provided lots of information on the use of the many electronic devices as well as the history of the area. Would highly recommend.

Portugal trip

Everything in this property is beyond spectacular. It is exactly as listed, if not even better. The home is incredibly comfortable, spacious and very clean. Having such a superb property to be able to stay at and call home for a month, made our entire visit even better than what we had anticipated. Any questions that we had for the owner were answered within the hour. Can't thank them enough for how amazing this was.

The house was very nice, I´d say luxurious! Location quite and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings.

The description was really accurate, without any exaggeration. The pictures, too, were realistic. The apartment had been very well cleaned when we came, it was like a warm welcome. The owners are very friendly and they answered our e-mails very quickly, a big plus and thanks for that! The only small minus was regarding some of kitchen goods. We were preparing nearly always our meals in the apartment, that´s why proper kitchen ware was important for us. For instance, we had to buy one frying pan because all the three available were in unusable condition. As a summary, we were utmost happy with our one month stay in the property and can warmly recommend it to our friends and relatives!

Nice place and don't suggest anything could be better

I agree with all of the previous reviewers that this is a nice place. The only problem we had was at the end of the first week the owner asked us how it was going. I asked if he had ever considered replacing the mattresses since we didn’t think they were very comfortable. He replied that they were all high quality mattresses, and by the way, he checked the video camera and noticed our bicycles were on the back porch. He said bicycles were not allowed on the back porch and needed to be moved. I checked the rental agreement, including all associated documentation for the unit, and didn't see any mention of this. We have stayed at many rentals on our 3-year trip around Europe and this is the first time a host has ever had a problem with us walking our bicycles through the house, across a tile floor, to place the bicycles outside, or mentioning they are observing our coming and going on video camera. I think this is a feature of renting from a host that prefers to do things contactless, as opposing to meeting the guests and having a relationship. Regardless, I would advise just saying everything is great, lest you find yourself in violation of an unwritten rule and surveilled.

Interesting to read your comments. On this occasion I feel it's worthy of a response. Casa Teresa is our holiday home which we visit ourselves up to 8 times a year. Therefore, for our own comfort, we only buy high quality furnishing, from which our rental client’s benefit. Our reviews speak for themselves. I stand by my comment to you. The mattresses are high quality light Posturepedic and are just two and three years old. You appear to have been offended by me stating a fact. Regarding your comment about a relationship. We live in the UK not the Algarve. You had 24/7 access to our telephone number, email and our management company. We communicated on several occasions to answer your questions. Unlike ourselves, never once did you refer to us by our names or offer the courtesy of a please, regards or thank you. In fact your correspondence was quite abrupt. I looked on the security cameras for the first time after 7 days and was appalled to see you wheel two full size bicycles through our property, showing no respect to our building or furnishings. Quite frankly I find it incredible that you would think such an action is acceptable in any dwelling.

L'Algarve en 11 jours

Maison agréable à Carvoeiro idéalement placée pour visiter l'Algarve vers l'est et vers l'ouest sans faire trop de kilomètres. Départ de magnifiques randonnées toutes proches sur la cote rocheuse Sentiers très bien balisés. Depart pour les grottes marines sur la plage de Carvoeiro Petit golf , 9 trous, que des pars 3, au pied de la maison pour des parties amicales. Et un temps magnifique

Location conforme au descriptif. Superbe emplacement

Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé. L'environnement est calme et verdoyant. La piscine est très agréable et très propre. Cette location est idéale pour une famille a la recherche de tranquilité et de repos. Parfaitement situé par rapport à carvoeiro et les plus belles plages de l'Algarve. Muito obrigado e até breve.

Sehr schöne Villa in einer sehr gepflegten und schönen Ferienanlage. Sehr viel Platz in der Villa. Toll mit Teenagern - es gibt drei Bäder. Balkon und Dachterrasse sind auch toll - überall viel Platz. Vermieter sind gut zu erreichen, antworten sehr schnell. Pool ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt und sehr schön.Qir können Casa Teresa sehr gut qeiterempfehlen.

Phantastischer Urlaub in wundervollem Haus

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt für 2 Wochen. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene, 3 Terrassen, 3 Bäder, bequeme Betten und ausreichend Stauraum. Dazu eine hochwertige Einrichtung...was will man mehr?? Die Kommunikation mit Michael war hervorragend und alles lief wie am Schnürchen. Allerdings alles auf Englisch, auch die Hausinfos auf dem Tablet etc. Für uns zum Glück kein Problem, aber wer kein Englisch versteht, hätte evtl. Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. Das Haus war super sauber und nach 1 Woche gab es frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Da die ersten Tage Ende April noch recht frisch waren, waren wir sehr froh über die elektrische Heizung in den Räumen. Nach ein paar Tagen hatten wir aber Hochsommer. Besonders froh waren wir auch über die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und Terrassentüren. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in der Casa Teresa. Ich würde auf jeden Fall ein Auto empfehlen, bis zum Ort nach Carvoeiro geht man schon eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß und es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, sich auch andere Orte an der Algarve oder das Hinterland anzuschauen. Auf jeden Fall kann ich die Casa Teresa nur empfehlen!

Overall the experience was very good the property was excellent with everything you needed, the location was very peaceful ,it was to far to walk to the town so a taxi is needed ,probably it would be advisable to hire a car.But overall we had a lovely time it was nice to be next to the golf course and very scenic. When you book something like this you simply have no real idea what you are going to get. We had been to Carvoeiro before but not to this place. We did not realise it was so close to the golf course (we don't play) but it was quiet and well placed for the town as well as the main highways to other places of interest on the coast and inland. You could actually see the sea from the balcony. About the apartment: based on three levels, the sun lounge at the top included a good and solid barbecue with sun loungers, etc. Middle / entry floor was dining room, lounge, kitchen and bathroom with an area to eat and chill outside. Downstairs were two bedrooms - one en-suite and one without but with a "family" bathroom next door. It is a property for those who are fit for sure, but the level of comfort and furnishings was beyond expectations. Plenty of bits for the kitchen so whether you decided to cook / BBQ or whether it was just for breakfast, everything you needed was there. Wi-Fi was good, televisions - if you wanted them (which we didn't) - a sound system that worked across the whole property, and of course air conditioning. Décor was tasteful and as such, good parking outside and a really nice pool area just a couple of minutes walk through the complex. When we had a minor issue, we did have some initial problems getting hold of the management agent but once we understood what we needed to do, it was very easy and responsive. A cleaner came in half way through the trip which was unexpected and the owners had very thoughtfully put together a series of recommendations for the locality and comprehensive instructions on everything (we did struggle with the air conditioning but it really was 1st World problems!). Overall, we loved every minute of the experience so thank you for making it a great first trip overseas post-pandemic for all of us.
