Hay una gran piscina comunitaria con zona separada para niños y bar Georges que ofrece wi-fi gratis. Dentro de los hermosos jardines y en una distancia de 3 minutos a pie, hay una amplia gama de excelentes restaurantes y un supermercado bien surtido. El centro de la ciudad de Carvoerio con su hermosa playa protegida tampoco está a más de 5 minutos a pie. La línea de costa en esta zona tiene unas magníficas vistas al mar con una mezcla de acantilados, ensenadas, bahías y playas, incluyendo la playa de Marinha votadas como uno de los 10 primeros en el mundo! Con descuento golf en los campos cercanos Pestana, además de la reconocida Academia de Golf David Leadbetter. Tenis y Health Club / Gimnasio alrededor de 1 km de distancia en el Carvoeiro Club de Tenis. Nosotros le podemos ayudar con un montón de actividades también, golf, zoológico, equitación, parques acuáticos, safaris en jeep, paseos en bote y pesca. Slide and Splash está a 10 minutos en taxi o en coche.

Beautiful home. Very well equipped. It has a secluded area to the rear and is jut a few metres away from a pool area with snacks and drinks. Opposite is a very good restaurant and a cafe which serves breakfasts, lunches and snacks. There is a Spar supermarket next door to the cafe. Carvoeiro is a ten minute walk down a steep hill but the taxi back up costs only three or four euros. Jane was really friendly and most helpful.

A residência está localizada dentro de um condomínio com piscina e restaurantes. Local seguro e agradável. A casa é ampla, bem decorada e possui todas as comodidades de que necessitamos, inclusive churrasqueira, a qual utilizamos em diversas oportunidades. Ha um pequeno mercado bem em frente, no qual é possível adquirir diversas mercadorias. O centro também fica a poucos minutos a pé. Como estávamos de carro, foi possível conhecer diversas praias do Algarve. Há estacionamento público em frente a residência. A comunicação com Jane foi super acessível. Voltaremos com certeza!

This is a lovely property on a beautifully maintained complex. The Villa is really well appointed, everything is to a high standard, better than the pictures suggest. The town of Carvoiero is easily accessible with lots of lovely places to eat & drink combined with a beautiful beach. Jane is a good communicator and a helpful owner. Can’t recommend this place highly enough, there really is everything you need for a lovely family holiday.

Another Lovely Stay at Casa Mima

Our second stay at this beautiful, well equipped and well furnished property located near the resort swimming pool with it's own bar serving light meals, snacks, ice-creams, etc. Only a short walk into Carvoeiro centre with a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants.

Amazing central place

We stayed at casa mima for 2 weeks. It was great. The condo is very large. Kitchen is very up to date. The listing says 1 bathroom and 1 shower room but it’s truly a 2 bathroom condo! The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and nicely decorated. We loved being able to walk to many restaurants in the resort as well as in Carvoeiro. And it’s a good central location to do day trips along the coast and inland. Jane was a great host and was in frequent contact which we appreciated. Any questions are answered quickly before and during the stay. Because Carvoeiro is on the coast expect some hill climbing when going into town or to the beach but if that’s too much, there’s always Uber or taxis. The pool is literally a 2 minute walk along a resort path and it was so nice on a hot day. The Spar supermarket has everything you need also right across the street and they have a coffee bar with pastries a light snacks to go, which we often did to eat on the nice terrace. The Mama Mia pizza place is also right across the street and has very nice dinners and a they serve breakfast there too! We highly recommend Jane’s place and would return in a second if we could!

Another great holiday in Carvoeiro.

This is our second visit. Its a Wonderful location, so near to everything you could possibly need. First class accommodation with a nice quiet garden and TV if you want it. Lovely views and an excellent welcome pack which we really appreciated after a long day and a late arrival. We met the owner, Jane, who was so helpful. We will most certainly be returning.

Perfect in Every Way

We stayed at Jane’s lovely townhouse for 56 nights. Everything about it was absolutely perfection. From the comfort of the bed to where it was located, We loved our stay. Jane was so hospitable checking in on us just the right amount. We had people visit us at various times. I highly recommend this place.!

Lovely Stay

The property was beautiful, clean, well equipped and well located in the Monte Carvoeiro resort which has an onsite supermarket, onsite swimming pool with snack bar and a number of restaurants. Carvoeiro itself has numerous shops restaurants and bars and number of beaches. Overall, everything was to our satisfaction.

Beautiful Carvoeiro

My family & I have just returned from a weeks stay here. The house is spotlessly clean and spacious and had a lovely garden where sat & had breakfast each morning. Carvoeiro is only a short walk away and is a beautiful village with lots of fabulous restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay in Janes house and will definitely be back.

Lovely house in fab location

Had a lovely stay here, the house was lovely with everything you needed, much needed air con in both bedrooms to keep you cool when needed. The house had great local amenities including shared pool, pool bar, supermarket 2min across the road and 5 minute walk to beach and centre. We will definitely be going back,

Carvoeiro Paradise

Absolutely beautiful! The accommodation was 5 star all around. Jane was a wonderful host. She gave us many suggestions. The area is just gorgeous. You really should visit. Highly recommended. There is a mini market across the street. Also a spa for nails, facials, massage run by Francisca whois a delight. Restaurants within a five minute or less walk.

Excellent location and helpful owner

Four of us stayed at the property which was spacious and well appointed! The owner was very friendly and quick to reply to all our questions. The location was excellent as it was walking distance to spectacular hikes! And lots of good restaurants nearby!!

A little piece of Paradise

Our stay in Monte Carvoiero was absolutely fantastic. The location of the unit is perfect with amenities directly across the street from us (small grocery store. Coffee shop, restaurant) and the main townsite is within a 10 minute walk from the unit. The house itself is very well appointed with modern kitchen, lovely bedrooms. Bathrooms & living & dining areas along with a lovely back yard. We found a gym/exercise classes close by (at the Tennis Club) which worked out great. We have only positive things to say about our month in this beautiful part of the world. Thank you Jane for opening up your home to us.

Tolles Ferienhaus, super Lage in einer schönen, gepflegten Ferienanlage! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet und die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist auch top. Supermarkt gegenüber, mehrere Restaurants in der Anlage, ca. 10 min zu Fuß an den Strand und in den Ortskern. Wir kommen wieder!

Great family base for Carvoeiro

The house and location exceeded my expectations in many ways. Spacious house with everything you could need for a comfortable stay- we ate in just as much as we ate out! Lovely indoor and outdoor dining areas with a BBQ pit for more cooking options! The owner kindly provided beach towels, bucket/spade, beach umbrella, pool noodle, ball which were really appreciated. Air conditoning in bedrooms made the stay more comfortable for sleeping on hot nights. The property is so well located for free street parking outside, short stroll to the resort supermarket, pool, and central restaurants/bars. Carvoeiro town is about 5 min walk away. Being located out of the busy centre, it is easier to access local roads to get away on excursions. Owner Jane was excellent communicating before our trip with information about the property and area. She couldn't have been any more helpful . I would highly recommend this holiday rental for a memorable holiday base.

Nice house, attentive owner.

Nice comfortable house, close to centre of Carvoeiro. Useful to have a car to visit a variety of beaches, towns and the tennis club. Minor snag with internet, efficiently sorted by attentive owner, who reached out a number of times to ensure we were ok.

We are a family of four that have been visiting Monte Carvoeiro for over 20 years, with and without children. The house has been decorated to our own taste as when we go anywhere we expect lovely, pretty surroundings, good beds and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. We love the fact that you can walk everywhere and that the extensive fresh food restaurants and lovely wines can be enjoyed without worrying about driving home.
Our children are now 21and 24 and we have enjoyed taking them at every age as the whole place is very child friendly for all ages and we look forward to allowing them to go on their own with their friends in a few years time.
We particularly enjoy the beauty of the beaches and can recommend many and the pool allows you to relax if you want a day off from the sand!

We just love our house for the convenience for everything, the cool space is bigger than newly built properties. It has charm and character and has beautiful gardens with a wonderful cobbled square that is surrounded by restaurants within 2 minutes walk through the cobbled garden paths and the pool is just at the end of the winding path within under a minute.
It is positioned within a 5 minute walk from the village which allows a little more exclusivity.
