This downtown cottage is less than one mile from the heart of downtown Pensacola in the historic Belmont-DeVilliers district. It has 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bathroom and queen sofa bed in the living room. It has recently been completely remodeled with many custom features. The kitchen is accented with walnut through from the stove hood, bar stools, doors and furniture. It is also equipped for cooking at home. Both bathrooms feature tiled showers.
Perfect satellite location for a larger Pensacola family gathering. Thoughtfully designed with everything we needed. Really enjoyed the artisan touches that went into the remodel. We would book again. Great fenced area for our two dogs. The neighborhood may seem questionable at first, but the neighbors were all very friendly.
I stayed here with my brother and brother-in-law as we were attending an event in Pensacola that night. We each wanted our own bed and the unit was listed as having two bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed in the living area. However, after checking in, we found out there were no sheets or pillows for the pullout sofa bed. I contacted the property manager about 4:30 figuring she could bring some sheets by. But instead, she replied we were out of luck. There was somrthing in the fine print (she claimed) that advance notice had to be given for the sofa bed. So, her lack of help was extremely disappointing. Fortunately, we borrowed a sheet and a pillow from each of the other beds and made do.The unit itself was in pretty good shape with good showers and recently redone flooring. But don't try parking in the little grass driveway next to the house. My Tesla nearly got stuck in it because it has a 4 inch drop-off from the sidewalk to the grass. But parking on the street was plentiful.
The cottage was very very clean! The house does lean as all the other reviewers mentioned but thatâs not really a big deal because all the other aspects of the house are so nice! The bathrooms are great, updated. The refrigerator works well and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. My daughter lives on Coyle and was having a navy ceremony on Friday so this was literally a stones throw away from her house. Perfect location!
We attended a wine tasting event at the stadium and did not want to drive home. It was about a 6 lift to the stadium and easy as sipping bubbly on a sunny afternoon! My friend and I enjoyed it and the two separate bedrooms
Property was clean and great location for our purpose. Neighborhood is in the process of being "gentrified" so some of the other houses may make some people nervous of the location. We had no problem with our stay.
We booked this location for 4 nights due to being evacuated from Hurricane Milton, but we left after 5 hours. The home is actually sinking in the back and they have blocks under the home trying to prop it up. None of the floors inside are level. We smelled natural gas coming out of the stove. The flooring is popping up everywhere. The few rugs that are in the home were filthy. I took a damp paper towel and made a quick pass on the bedroom floor and we were shocked at how dirty the floors were. The coffee maker had particles of something floating around in it. We have never received a response from the owner to my detailed email. This home should not be rented out.
Overall this was a nice cottage, very rustic which was what we wanted!!! Great location to downtown restaurant's were just minutes away. The beach was about a 10 minute drive which isnt bad and well worth the savings. The hostess was very quick to respond to my messages and polite. There were plenty of towels and the bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Looking forward to coming back next summer!!!
The property was close to everywhere we had to go. Good restaurants in 7 to 10 minutes away.
I liked the property. It was comfortable. I killed 3 spiders in the master bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom in the back .my grandson killed 2 spiders. Other then that it went well.
Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to downtown Pennsacola. Artistically decorated and exactly like pictures with comfortable beds and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Kasia is a great host!!!
We came for a cheer comp at the Bay Center. It was a convenient location. The area is currently being updated so not all of the surrounding houses are in great shape. Donât let the looks deceive you. It was a quiet street with limited parking but worked great for us.
We came for the basketball tournament. Our teams didnât win, but we did with this property. It was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. My one suggestion would be to have a plastic bin for ice. Thank you for sharing your property with us!
Owner was great to work with. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was a great one. The accommodations were clean and the remodeling work the owner did made it feel cozy. Located close to downtown, and easy access to everything - though we didnât walk the neighborhood.
We will definitely book this property again when visiting!
The cottage was wonderful and the host was great with communication. Did wake up at 2am in the neighborhood from loud base playing. I would stay again. Very safe and very comfortable.
