Newly freshly decorated in the heart of Pensacola 20min to Pensacola beach and most everything you will need to enjoy vacation. PLEASE READ ALL
See the fresh appearance and feel the fresh living.
You and your family can expect very clean home free of smells and old carpet feeling.
Located in the heart of Pensacola, this property has been newly renovated and it has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, laundry room and a beautiful backyard.

This home is close to the two main hospitals in the city Sacred Heart Hospital and West Florida Hospital, which makes it ideal for contractor, nurses and medical personnel traveling for work.

Close to the mall, movie theaters, shopping centers and many great restaurants nearby.

Close to beautiful Pensacola beaches and only 10 minutes to the Pensacola Bay Center and very close to downtown Pensacola where you are going to enjoy a unique atmosphere.
Pensacola is also home to the historical famous Naval Base and Blue Angels!

We encourage our guest to read all descriptions and most important the RULES. - We have camera in use outside premises. - Home is ONLY for the “guest” staying at our home no one else is to be at the property. - Main guest that made reservation must stay at property during the duration of reservation. - For your safety and to protect your identity we ID/DL our guest.
- AC will stay the lowest Cold 73F and Heat at 73F.
- Note: we do charge $120 for each unannounced guest or last minute changes. - One last thing to all involved specially parents to do not allow anyone eating or snaking on bedrooms as we strive for a clean environment for each one of our guest. - Last but not least with recent increases on our powet bill we feel necessary to be clear Electric Car are not allow to be plug in our home, we can help you find the closest charge stations.

This property was centrally located for our needs. It was very clean and equipped with the necessities for your stay.Shopping and the beach are just short drives away.Yeli was very kind and we felt we could reach her anytime if we had concerns or questions.

Hidden gem

If you are looking to stay in the Pensacola area this is the place to be. Centrally located to the beach, UWF and shopping. The hosts are very responsive and make sure your stay is perfect.

Everything was easy Yeli was attentive responding quickly and with help. Plenty of room for my family nicely decorated. We liked the location central to many beaches and local attractions going to dolphin tour and naval museum the beaches in Pensacola Destin and Gulf Shores all within about 1 hour. Walmart and other necessities close we got groceries amd cooked a few nights for dinner. Nice and easy we had a great trip.

A lovely place to stay!

The house was very clean and wonderfully decorated. I was very happy to stay near the Dr's clinic where I went for my procedure. I sat on the back patio and had my tea in the morning and got groceries delivered. Yelli was so nice to call and check up on me after my treatment.If I go back to the clinic for a follow up procedure, I will gladly stay in this place again!

Clean and great location

Yeli was super easy to rent from. The house is newly remodeled and very clean and well stocked. Nice size backyard to relax in. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely rent this property again and recommend it if you are in the Pensacola area (short distance to I-10 but far enough away so there is no noise).

Christmas Cookie Baking Day with Family

After a busy day with my daughter, granddaughters, and great grandchildren it was so wonderful to come back to this restful home! We appreciated the very clean, well decorated, and homey environment. Yell went above and beyond our expectations when responding to our needs. If returning to see family we would definitely seek this rental again.

Very clean inside home

We enjoyed our stay at their home. It was very clean inside and the three bedrooms were well laid out for fitting our family. We had a BBQ out on the back porch one of the nights. It did mention a hot tub in the listing but there wasnt one, but everything else was great.

We brought a student to Pensacola Christian College and stayed here for just under a week. This is a very comfortable and super clean home. The owner is a good communicator and responds quickly to inquiries. There is a secondary renter on the property that we did not know of prior to arrival, but we barely saw signs of him except the vehicle in the driveway. If you cook for a large family, you may consider bringing along a larger baking dish. This is a very well maintained property that we will purposely seek to rent again when we return.

Disappointed

I was really looking forward to staying here but it was a huge disappointment. I was expecting to have the whole property to ourselves but there’s actually someone staying in the front half of the house that’s separate from the rest. The beds were super hard and there’s only 2 tvs in the whole house so not much relaxing at night. Theres a lock box on the ac so you can’t control it to your comfort. Under the beds were dirty. It said it was remodeled but a huge crack in the ceiling as pictured.

Needs more updates and convenience items.

The place only had two televisions and one of those did not work unless sourced to renters service. Adequate instructions to accomplish this were not provided and host became combative when questioned via telecom about the matter. Suggest televisions in all the bedrooms for relaxing evenings. Cleanliness not up to par. Found dead and alive bugs and cobwebs. Zevo trap was full of bugs. Driveway was tripping hazard. Thermostat was locked so we could not adjust to convenient temperature. Just some suggestions.

Hello Merrita I understand the frustration of your uncle to not being able to connect tv to the WIFI. I did contacted YOU to solved the problem “I did not get a response” I do find to be unnecessary the verbal abuse and disrespectful language your husband use with me on the phone. We strive for a great customer service, very clean and welcoming home to our guest, WE do have other TV in living room, our listing show the TVs in our home we didn’t offer anything else than exactly what pictures shows on our listing. As for the bugs this is just “false” As for the hazards there is none it’s “false” As for temperature it’s as stated on my list. For future reference read all what the property offer and don’t share this with guest on your group so they won’t have false expectations. Thank you for choosing our home, I will not have you as guest again.
