⭐ AMALFI COAST RESORT - PAINTING NOTICE ⭐
The resort is undergoing a full painting update to walkways, railing and balconies starting late Fall through Spring 2026. Our unit is projected for the month of October through January 2026. This schedule may change due to weather or other factors. During this period, you will notice workers and construction materials on site, possible amenity closures, balcony closure with no access and possible limited balcony views will be restricted. We've applied a construction discount to these dates, so no additional discounts will be offered after booking or at check-in. FLOORPLAN
⭐Ocean Stars and Stripes is an amazing condo featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and stunning 4th-floor gulf views (some of the best in Amalfi)! The King Master Suite offers private access to the large balcony….a perfect place for your morning coffee! The completely remodeled en-suite Master Bathroom offers a double vanity and an amazing walk-in shower. Have kids or additional guests? The second bedroom features two queen beds, armoire with a flat-screen TV, and connects to the newly remodeled shared bathroom that features a updated new vanity and a tub/shower combo. Relax in the living room after a great day at the beach with two very comfy couches, a flat-screen TV, and of course….more views! The large dining table is perfect for group dinners and family gatherings! With its fully equipped kitchen and walk-in laundry room this vacation condo is made for you!

The POPULAR Amalfi Resort is located on the east end of Scenic Gulf Drive! Within walking distance to Surf Hut and Silver Sands Outlet Mall! Guests love the family-friendly atmosphere of Amalfi! One of the most notable attributes is that the resort is only 5 stories tall. This gated vacation rental retreat is well-positioned directly across the road from the glistening waters and the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Condos at Amalfi Coast boasts panoramic gulf views, two large pools (one of which is seasonally heated), lighted tennis courts, a brand-new fitness center, and barbeque commons area. Guests are certain to take delight in 362 feet of beach.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owner's Closets). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

Other things to note:

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides a private Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ There are available parking spaces located on the surrounding premise of the resort. Golf Cart Rentals are allowed at this resort, however, the Golf Cart will count as one of your 2 provided parking spaces.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ The Amalfi Coast beach access is now open! Improvements will continue to be made, some of which include an ADA-compliant wheelchair ramp, bathroom facilities, and parking. Bring your own beach chairs and equipment to relax on our White Sand Beaches with breathtaking Emerald Waters! Or have a Beach Setup Service provide you with all the beach chairs and umbrellas you'll need!

POOLS
⭐ There are two pools located at the center of the resort. You will be sent all amenity codes before check-in. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool. You are not permitted to add anything to the pools, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
