La Villa Son Forteza fue completamente renovada en mayo de 2023 después de un cambio de propietario. La casa cuenta con muebles nuevos, instalaciones sanitarias modernizadas, así como aislamiento térmico en el techo y las paredes para garantizar un alto confort de vivienda y una eficiencia energética mejorada durante todo el año. Además, se instaló un sistema de ventilación en todas las habitaciones y baños.



La cocina está equipada con un sistema de ósmosis para el tratamiento del agua potable. Esto permite el uso del agua sin preocupaciones para beber y cocinar, sin necesidad de comprar agua embotellada.

La villa está situada en un terreno de 2.000 m² en una zona residencial tranquila de Crestatx (Sa Pobla), rodeada de vegetación local y árboles frutales. El jardín cuidado ofrece una piscina privada (9 3,5 m) justo frente a la terraza. Se trata de una piscina de agua salada sin adición de cloro, que es especialmente amigable con la piel y los ojos y se percibe como más agradable y natural debido al uso reducido de productos químicos. Áreas soleadas y lugares sombreados invitan a la relajación.



La casa de una planta ofrece un acceso separado a cada habitación. Cuenta con dos dormitorios, cada uno con su propio baño en suite, aire acondicionado, mosquiteras y persianas. La cocina, la sala de estar y el comedor están inundados de luz y ofrecen una vista directa a la piscina y al jardín.



El terreno está completamente vallado. Hay aparcamientos junto a la casa, así como un lugar seguro para bicicletas.

La ubicación es ideal: Palma se puede alcanzar en unos 35 minutos por la autopista Ma-13, Pollença está a 8 km, Alcúdia a 12 km y Sa Pobla a solo 5 minutos. Las playas, restaurantes y actividades acuáticas como windsurf y kitesurf están muy cerca.



IMPORTANTE:



Todos los pagos adicionales y procesos de registro en línea se gestionan a través de mensajería instantánea fuera de la plataforma.

Todos los huéspedes mayores de 16 años alojados en apartamentos vacacionales deben pagar el impuesto turístico. Algunos portales no lo cobran, en cuyo caso recibirán un mensaje separado para realizar este pago.

Nota importante sobre el consumo de electricidad:

Por respeto al medio ambiente y con el objetivo de promover un uso responsable de los recursos, los costes de electricidad no están incluidos en el precio del alojamiento.

Se cobrará una tarifa de 0,41 euros/kWh por el consumo de electricidad, que se pagará al final de la estancia.

Se cobrará un depósito reembolsable.

No se permiten fiestas.

Para cumplir con las disposiciones legales, se solicitará a todos los huéspedes un documento de identidad antes de entrar en la casa.

Tenga en cuenta que el jardinero vendrá una o varias veces por semana al área exterior para el mantenimiento del jardín y la piscina.



En Mallorca, especialmente en zonas rurales o cerca de la naturaleza, es habitual la presencia de insectos como mosquitos, hormigas o avispas. Este es un fenómeno natural y frecuente en la isla.

Spacious villa for small groups

A nice week for my daughter and the grand children

We liked the garden and the pool. The accommodation was just about right for our party with plenty of space and good quality furnishings and equipment. The local area was fine with good access to the places we wanted to visit. There was no details of the local areathe villa, usually we have been provided with a book giving details of the villa, how to operate TV and other aspects of villa, for example pool lights and local amenities shops etc. There was no cold water in the main bedroom. Check out was arranged for the evening before we left but no one arrived and had to contact agent.

Lovely villa but hidden costs

Firstly the two negative points. When we booked this villa the photos showed a yoga studio and Koi Carp fish pond but neither of these are now at the villa and we noticed those photos have now been removed from the listing. Also it wasn’t mentioned in listing that you have to pay for the electricity. We limited our use of electric, never used the dishwasher or air conditioning and paid £57.92 for a week! The villa is lovely and spacious and well equipped. It is located in a quiet area with easy access to travel anywhere. The outside area is lovely with plenty of visits from the local wild life. This is not the cheapest villa we have stayed in but feel electricity should be included in the price however we would recommend staying here.

Sehr gut und neu ausgestattete Küche - es fehlt an nichts. Hochwertige Möbel in allen Zimmern. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Dekoration. Sehr gute technische Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage (brauchten wir nicht) und Heizung. Toller Pool direkt vor der Terrasse und ein sehr schön angelegter, großzügiger Garten. Sehr zu empfehlen! -

One week at Son Forteza

Son Forteza is a beautiful villa set in a lush garden with a lovely pool. It was a great size for three couples to share and we enjoyed our week there very much. Highlights included eating the fresh figs from the garden, morning yoga in the air conditioned studio, eating outside in the dining area and relaxing around the pool. The rooms are spacious and clean and having a bathroom each was a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing food and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby (a car is essential to get around). The villa does lack instructions on where to find things and local recommendations which would have been helpful. This led to us being unable to find the lights for the pool until the very end of our holiday! The villa would benefit from some new equipment such as a new coffee maker and kettle as both are very lime scaley and slow. We can recommend hiring a boat for the day from Alcúdia or other ports and going snorkeling and swimming in stunning coves. We can also recommend climbing the Puig de Maria and stopping at the restaurant in the Monastery for fresh orange juice and delicious almond cake. There is also a dramatic walk through the valley to Cala Boquer which starts very close to Port de Pollença. Lots more goats and birds of prey to see if you are lucky. All in all we would recommend a stay here : )

Ruhige Lage unmittelbar vom Strand

Das Haus hat ausgesprochen großzügige Platzverhältnisse. Die Lage ist hervorragend und verbindet ruhige Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Grundsätzlich ist die Ausstattung hochwertig, bedarf jedoch an einigen Stellen der Renovierung. Die Ausstattung mit dem notwendigsten für den Haushalt könnte besser sein. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war sehr aufmerksam, die Rückmeldungen erfolgten immer in kurzer Zeit.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben als Familie 7 Tage sehr genossen. Die Finca ist sehr geräumig, sauber und super eingerichtet mit einem netten Willkommengruss. Vermisst haben wir nur einen Besen mit Schaufel/Staubsauger fürs gelegentliche Kehren. 😊 Die Verwaltung war auch super freundlich und unkompliziert .

wundervolle Finca in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir (Familie mit 3 jährigen Kind und Großeltern) hatten einen wundervollen, traumhaften Urlaub in der Finca Son Forteza. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll gestaltet und mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Alltag benötigt. Toll war auch der neuwertige Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel-Maker und Trinkwasser. Die Betten waren alle sehr bequem (überhaupt nicht durchgelegen). Der Aussenbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet mit vielen Schattenplätzen zum relaxen. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation als auch der Empfang durch eine Mitarbeiterin vor Ort lief problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen definitv wieder.

Great villa- pity about the ANTS!!!!

We were 4 adults and 3 children and on arrival we thought the villa was wonderful. It was well furnished and bedding and towels were top notch. The pool was suitable for our grandchildren ages 5,4 and 18 months and the garden was wonderful, with a great variety of plants, shrubs and trees. The only downside of this villa is the infestation of ants. They were everywhere! Not just on the patio but in every room in the house. We reported the problem and measures were taken speedily to resolve the issue. But the ants remained stubborn and were even on our clothes in the wardrobe. So disappointing as everything else was spot on. The problem really needs sorting to enable guests to fully enjoy their holiday.

Anyway we are sorry about the problem with the ants, but happy that you've enjoyed you holidays in Son Forteza. As you know, when you choose a house surrounded by the nature some kind of insects as the ants may appear inside of the house. Usually they are not a big deal, just little harmless animals walking aimless or looking for little pieces of food. But we recognize that we couldn't do more even when we tried our best to solve it.
