Advertised as entire home, it is in fact not the entire home it is a 3rd of what you see in the picture because the “entire home” is 3 separate units and the layout was horrible. We had someone in our group with knee issues and it was miserable for them having to climb the 50 or better stairs to get to their bedroom. We heard trains squealing all night. No tvs even in the bedrooms and no curtains or blinds on alot of the windows inside. Location left a lot to be desired, even our Lyft driver asked why we chose to stay in the “ghetto” that it was a dangerous part of town.

Spacious Newly Renovated short Car ride to downtown Nashville.

We chaperoned my 14 year old and three of her friends to opening night T. Swift concert in Nashville. This VRBO property was perfect for our stay. Large rooms, newly renovated and tastfully decorated. Chef worthy kitchen for those of you looking to save $ from inflationary restaurant prices. Plenty of clean bathrooms to support 7 Swifties. The neighborhood is questionable with plenty of chained fences but we felt safe in this gem overnight accommodation. Vendor was highly responsive, supportive and flexible. Would definitely stay hear again - sufficient location for concert goers. Standard food fare chains within 5-10 min.

Comfortable & perfect location if you are headed to Geodis Stadium

We came to Nashville to attend a NSC game. Location is less then 2 miles from the stadium, So it was a perfect spot for us. It looks like an up in coming area south-east of the city. The house was clean, comfortable beds, had great water pressure for a hot shower and a fun layout too. Management was quick to respond when I I reached out to them after arrival. Overall good experience for a quick trip to Nashville to see the NSC!

Beautiful Home

We primarily stayed just the night here. We stopped driving back to IL from Disney. The beds were super comfortable, the shower was heavenly. It’s brand new construction, super cute decor. The TV in the living room was not working, i informed the owner who did try to help me troubleshoot. I wouldn’t say it’s ideal for a family. I’d love to return for a girlfriends weekend or something without the kids. It is located near a loading dock for trucks and near a train so you do hear quite a lot throughout the night. Would return, but without the family. Thank you!

Just Okay

The parking situation is terrible. The neighborhood is sketchy. You are next to a train/ loading dock. You will hear trains all night. There were dirty clothes left in a bedroom. You would expect much more for these rates.

Great Rental!

We enjoyed staying in this rental. It was easy to find and overall pretty clean. The property manager made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Glad we chose this rental for our trip to Nashville!
