THE HOME
This single-level home is officially a 2-bedroom property and comfortably sleeps up to 8. Sleeping options include 2 bedrooms, an office with a twin bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a queen air mattress available upon request, and a pack-and-play. The home has 1 full bathroom plus a half bathroom, a living room with a cozy gas fireplace, hardwood floors, a galley-style kitchen, and a laundry room with washer, dryer, and detergent.

The fully equipped kitchen includes pots and pans, dishes, dishwasher, stove, over-the-range microwave, refrigerator, and coffee setup.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Relax on the front porch swing or rocker, enjoy the deck and covered patio, or spread out in the large private fenced backyard. The outdoor space includes seating, a grill, and a firepit—great for families and approved pets.

EV CHARGING
EV travelers can charge at the house using the Tesla J1772 Wall Connector (Level 2). The J1772 connector supports compatible non-Tesla EVs; Tesla vehicles may require the appropriate adapter.

IMPORTANT POLICIES
• Pets are allowed only on a case-by-case basis with prior owner approval. The pet fee is $100 per pet; stays of one month or longer have a higher pet fee.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, and pee pads are not allowed inside. Guests must take pets outside and clean up all pet waste. Uncleaned waste, pee-pad use, or evidence of pets on furniture may result in an additional cleaning fee of at least $100. Unauthorized pets may result in removal from the property and double the pet fee.
• Early check-in or late check-out is $75 when approved.
• No parties, local guests, or unauthorized guests. Unauthorized guests may be charged $100 per person and asked to vacate.
• No smoking inside. Smoking inside results in a $200-per-day fine. Smoking is permitted outside only.
• Quiet hours are 11 p.m.–6 a.m.
• Do not move furniture; doing so may result in a $100 fine plus charges for any damage.
• Do not park on the grass without permission, and please do not litter.
• Exterior video and audio surveillance operates 24/7 at the front, back, and sides of the property.
