With its 240 m² spread across three levels, three terraces, and panoramic views over the Bay, the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in an exceptional setting that combines authenticity and modern comfort.

Ground floor:
-Entrance with laundry area and separate toilet
-Fully renovated and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.)
-Bright 55 m² living area opening onto a sea-view terrace, featuring a dining space and cozy lounge

First floor:
-Master suite with queen-size bed (160 cm), ensuite shower room, and Bay view
-Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), one with a private shower room
-Separate bathroom and WC

Second floor:
-Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm) and private shower rooms
-Twin room with two single beds (90 cm)
-Additional bathroom with bathtub
-Each bedroom has been designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation.

Three beautifully arranged terraces let you make the most of outdoor living:
-South-facing terrace: perfect for sunbathing
-Bay-side terrace: ideal for breakfast or evening drinks facing the iconic cabanes tchanquées
-Lower terrace: direct beach access, furnished for outdoor dining or relaxation
-Fully equipped outdoor furniture: tables, chairs, benches, and parasols.

🐾 Pets
We are happy to welcome pets upon prior request at the time of booking.
An additional fee of €50 per pet per week applies.
We kindly ask that pet owners ensure their animals:
-Do not climb on sofas, beds, or other furniture
-Do not cause any damage inside or outside the property
-And that all waste is cleaned up before departure

In the event of non-compliance or damage, part of the security deposit may be withheld to cover cleaning or repair costs.

Solène, a local expert, will personally welcome you upon arrival and remain available throughout your stay to assist with your needs and share her recommendations for the best spots in Arcachon.

💳 Security Deposit
A €3,500 security deposit will be requested via the secure platform Swikly prior to arrival.
No amount is charged or held, and the authorization is automatically canceled within 7 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
