Premier new 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 1st floor beach block condo at 837 2nd St is in the quiet and friendly Northend. It's an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops and rides. There is a spacious front porch with rockers and table and chairs for dining and relaxing. The furnishings in the living/dining area are French contemporary with lovely accent pieces and artwork. There are hardwood floors throughout the condo with soundproofing between the floors. The designer kitchen has beautiful maple cabinets and granite counter tops, and GE Profile stainless steel appliances. There are five bedrooms, three baths, one with a shower/tub and marble counter top. Two baths have tile showers and granite counter tops. There are two master suites with private back decks for enjoying your morning coffee. The many amenities including central air, HDTV with surround sound in the great room, 5 TVs, internet, private beach shower, gas grill and much more will enhance your family's comfort and enjoyment.
